This company is a joke, I called 4 times, the woman called me back 4 times never said the price, she said " call you back in a moment, what address? " DO NOT WASTE your time as I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Requested info and pricing for weekly pool care. Left details. Several day later, still no call-back. Clearly this business doesn't want or need any more customers.

VIP care was very responsive in identifying the issue, ordering the part and scheduling the necessary repair work.

Appalling stay clear of this company. Don’t turn up on a regular basis. They are prompt taking your money. Gave the several chances as you can always hire bad staff. However it’s the management that are at fault. They don’t check the work is done. Just look at the swamp they made of my pool!!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. The service I received at 1st was awesome, but then the pool cleaner quit [he was so nice and thorough],then got another person, she quit along with 2 other people. Now, I haven't been able to get my pool cleaned on a weekly basis. Basically, the company owes me money. After speaking with Lori, she has not apologized and has not offered any help and has stopped returning my calls. Thanks for nothing, VIP! You should change your name!

I have been using VIP Pool since I started my job 3 1/2 years ago. We have 4 pools and 2 Hot Tubs. They are here everyday first thing. Any issues we are made aware of immediately and VIP resolves the issues asap. I would highly recommend them.

VIP Pool Care has serviced our pool on a weekly basis since it was a new installation in 2018. Suffice to say it can be a challenge at times to keep the pool clean and sparkling given the old oak trees close by but Gary and his staff have always provided exceptionally attentive and responsive care to ensure our complete satisfaction over these many years. Special kudos and thank you’s are always in order for Lori in the office and our tech’s Danny and Michael. Best wishes to all at VIP Pool Care from a very grateful and appreciative client.
