At first I offered to bring the unit into the shop and they said we need to do a service call. Technician came to house for microwave repair saw the unit wasn’t working said it was the control board which is obsolete this took all if 5 minutes and charged me $149

Joe was great. He educated me on why the wheels on my dishwasher rack broke off and the updated construction changes that have occurred due to so many complaints. He was punctual, friendly and respectful of his surroundings when installing the new wheels.

Put my oven on self clean mode & during the self cleaning, the oven glass’s middle layer completely shattered. Called Appliance King & they sent out Jordan. Jordan met me at the house, investigated my issue, determined which part, that being the glass, that needed to be ordered. The part came on Sunday & Jordan was there the next day completing the repair of my oven & it looks brand new! All the left over broken glass, he vacuumed up & left my kitchen looking spotless & the oven is working better than ever! Thanks Jordan & thank you Appliance King!

I needed a light switch for an old range hood. I didn't get his name but he was exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable! It took him less than 5 minutes to find the part I needed. Highly recommend going here if you have any appliance needs!

My Whirlpool dryer would not start this past Saturday morning, called Appliance King at 9:00AM and Steve scheduled next available appointment for the following Tuesday, but took the liberty to inform that if someone cancels appointment that he would call me. To my surprise, I get a call back from Steve an hour later to inform me that he had a cancellation and scheduled me for Monday morning between 9-11AM. Monday morning, Joe the technician calls me around 8:30AM and lets me know he is on his way over. Joe did a great job, very professional and has a wealth of experience, had my dryer up and running perfectly in no time! I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance King to my family and friends and I will definitly consider them for any future appliance purchases, great job and thanks!

He assessed the problem which was a torn gasket that needed replacement.the price of the gasket seemed high, but I know I have an excellent dishwasher and I’m sure to replace it new would be a lot more expensive
