24/7 Perfect Cleaning

Very poorly done, and I was very upset. I had used this service before to clean my mother’s house and was very happy, so when I had gotten home from a lengthy hospital stay, unable to bend and clean myself, I hired them. When they arrived, I asked them to please focus on floors and bathrooms first. When they said they didn’t understand me, I figured they’d clean the bathrooms and floors as part of the service anyway.Hours later - which they charged me over $400 + tip for - they alerted me that they had finished and left. When I walked around, I found the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned, nor were the floors throughout the house. The kitchen stovetop wasn’t even wiped, and the counters had crumbs from my son’s earlier meal. I told them not to go into my office - they did. I could go on. I don’t know what they were doing for the hours they were in my home, but I do know that my house was not clean. Since I was recovering, moving around was difficult, so I stayed in one spot. I have pets, and I kept my pets with me the entire time. I didn’t think I had to check on or follow them; I trusted that they’d be professional and do their jobs.
