I had a terrible experience with this company. For three weeks I went back and forth and heard excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t finish the job. After crumbling the entire time the repair person was at my house, not to mention his argumentative nature on the phone, he stated I needed a new part for my dryer which was delivered in three days. They never finished the job and I had someone out there the following day and the job was done.

Dominic was the tech that quickly diagnosed the problem. All communication was punctual and courteous. Repair was made at a very good price. I’ll use them again if needed.

My Splendide washer stopped working. They checked the part price and it was expensive. So, Bryon came over again to verify the problem, gave the machine a tap and surprise! The washer started right up. I paid for the service call. But, they saved me almost $400 - so long as it keeps running. This is a honest outfit!
