Saul is wonderful! Our refrigerator/freezer all of a sudden stopped working on a Sunday evening! We panicked. We brought all of our food to our neighbors home and used their fridge/freezer so luckily we did not have to throw anything away. I called Saul to leave a message on his machine for Monday morning but he picked up his phone! He was able to come to our home in an hours' time AND had the necessary parts with him to repair our appliance quickly! His price was reasonable. We WILL be calling Saul again if we ever need future appliance repairs and we HIGHLY recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher less than 1 yr ago and my wife starts to get error readings, then it shuts down. So I call Saul's appliance repair to come take a look at it,his employee arrives and after 20 minutes determines that I need a new drain pump that cost $300 . I refused to pay that much so I sent him away with his $69-79 service fee . Later that evening my wife tells me she just realized it's still under warranty so we called and set up an appointment .once he arrived it took him 5minutes to tell us our drain pump was NOT bad he unclogged it free of charge and he was on his way. Saul's appliance employees are either not qualified to do their jobs or they are crooks! Which is what I told Saul ,when I called him the next day. I would never use them again!

Quick and fast services. Affordable prices as well. My dryer machine got broken Saturday night and I called Saul the next morning and he came the same day. Considering it was a Sunday I really appreciate he came into our house and fixed it for us. 100% recommendable.

My washing machine has been giving me trouble, so I called Saul. I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could work me in today. He came when he said he would, and quickly assessed the problem (a faulty/leaking drain pump). I was expecting to have to wait days for the part to be ordered, but he was able to pick it up and install it today as well! I am so pleased to have my washing machine working again! My freezer went. I called Saul. He arrived within the hour. He was amazing. Courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem -- even ran out to get a part for me so I wouldn't have to wait until the next day. His fee was reasonable. While he was here I mentioned a problem with the dishwasher (which I was going to have him come back for). He decided to check it. It was something simple. He fixed it for no charge. I highly recommend Saul's Appliance Repair. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

Saul was great! Had an issue with a LoFl error code on my washer. He came out the next day and knew exactly what it was. Ordered parts and had it fixed as soon as they came in. Definitely would recommend and use again if needed.

Was having a terrible time finding service for my gas oven. Could only find ones to repair electric. Saul’s appliance repair was recommended. Saul came to fix my washer. He was very professional and his prices are reasonable. Unfortunately my washer was not able to be fixed. Saul came to my house multiple times to after figuring out it needed specific parts. I am very happy with his services and if my new washer decides to break I will definitely call him.

My husband found this company online to come out And repair our washer. So he arrives And stated how much it would cost and said we needed To pay a deposit so we did which was 300.00 dollars and this fee included parts. So The next weekend comes. He comes Back out And find out once he took our washer a part he was unable to repair it . Which Was okay. But Now he won't return our money For the deposit !! A week later her return 71.00 after calling and texting numerous times. He still owes us a 100 dollars. And it's been a month . I can't understand why people would do this . When he stated what it was for my husband And I to pay he got his money 🤑 .Now he won't answer our calls. So Beware Of Shady Saul Appliance Repair.Unprofessional He is Not A True Business Guy... He Will Take Your Money 💰

I had an emergency with my fridge which stopped cooling on Saturday afternoon. I called Saul on Sunday morning, he answered the phone quickly and he promised he would come to my house in about one hour. Indeed, as promised, Saul came to my house within one hour. Saul diagnosed the problem correctly, he switched the defective part and the fridge is now working properly. Saul was honest and upfront about his pricing, and he kept his word. Overall, I was very happy about the quickness of his reply, the promptness of his intervention, the clear explanations, and the reasonable price. Saul kept his word and did everything he said he would, while fixing my fridge. I would definitely recommend Saul, especially for weekend emergencies. There are not many appliance repair companies working weekends, but Saul answered his phone quickly and then fixed my problem on a Sunday.

Saul was able to come the same day I called. He said it wouldn't be worth fixing our old appliance and didn't even charge us for the visit! So glad I called Saul and will call him again in the future when something else breaks. Better Call Saul!

Saul came quick when my refrigerator was not working on a Sunday. Although he was not able to help me fix the Refrigerator because of a leak in the installed system he did mention that I should call the manufacturer and ask about a warranty which I did. Saul was very professional and his price was very very reasonable for his service call.
I hope the warranty technician will be as good as Saul.
