Electrical reviews in Bradenton, Florida

Alex is a true professional and came to my rescue when I needed some electrical repairs to be done in order to satisfy an inspection report on a house I was selling. He saved the day. I would only trust him for any future electrical work. He is methodical, patient, innovative and resourceful. All traits you want and need in an electrician.

Response time was excellent. Quality of work was also excellent. Very pleased work & friendly employees. Recommend to anyone needing electric work or repairs.

We were very impressed with the skill and professionalism with the installation of a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling in our home. Very polite install team, took extra care to ensure floors were protected from scaffolding. We would most highly recommend Davis Developments.

Alex and his team did an excellent job. They were on time, fast and clean up like they were never there. Highly recommend.

Alex, Andrea and I are so appreciative of your company installing the system for our generator a couple of months ago. While our neighbors are in the darkness, your installation has given us lights, microwave, ability to cook, refrigerator, even ran the hot water heater to take a shower.
We thank you so much. In your day-to-day work, you may not see the effect on clients life's - this is where you see it - thank you to you and your great team.

Alex and his crew are the best.

They are very responsive and arrive when they say they will. Their work is always professional and they are super knowledgeable.

Alex and his crew are excellent electricians. Always courteous, punctual and extremely efficient with very fair pricing. Alex has exceptional electrical talent, always has a smile, and can "wire" even the most complicated jobs quickly and efficiently. I give Davis Developments a 10 star rating.

Alex and his team at Davis Developments are absolutely excellent. Always on time, very conscientious, top notch quality of workmanship and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for large and small jobs. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option!

Alex came by and reviewed our requirements, presented a detailed estimate and then actually delivered what he said he would do! One of the very few contractors I would absolutely recommend for electrical work.

This company is top notch! Alex is so responsive. I’ve had ceiling fans and light fixtures replaced, dimmers installed and a ceiling light that hadn’t worked for years rewired. Jeremy is friendly and efficient. Great prices and great service! Highly recommended.

Reasonable prices, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again for any other electrical jobs.

Alex and his crew did an exceptional job for our whole home renovation. Polite, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual are hallmarks of Davis Developments!

Alex's expertise in knowing Florida Building Codes and placement of our kitchen island for lighting, receptables and switches was a huge asset to our project. Our project encompassed a new electrical panel, recessed lighting, exterior lighting, and water heater placement.

I would HIGHLY recommend Davis Developments Electrical Contractors for new commercial/residential and renovations!

Highly Recommend Davis Developments Electrical Contractors!

I’ve worked with Davis Developments several times, and every experience has been fantastic. They are always on time, cost-effective, and incredibly easy to work with. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Whether it’s a small project or something larger, they consistently deliver excellent results. If you are looking for an electrician who is competent, fair, and actually cares about his work quality, hire Alex. He has been to my house for numerous jobs at this stage. I’ve provided his contact information to multiple home owners in my community and he has done work for them as well. I would not recommend him to people I have to see every day if I wasn’t certain his work was top notch.

A little background … I ran an electric company for two years. In that time I worked with over 60 electricians and out of those, there are only three who I would ever trust to work on my property. Alex was one of those three. That not only says something about the quality of electricians in Florida (most suck by the way) but also about how good Alex is.

A few of my favorite pictures are below, but he can do it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for any electrical project you have. You won’t be disappointed.

Davis Developments Electrical Contractors did an excellent job obtaining the permit from Manatee County for the installation of a generator and auto switch at my home today. They were very detailed on showing me the breaker box and how to turn the generator on and which breakers I needed to make sure I have the correct appliances and house lights on. Also, showed me how to operate the generator and use the power cord. Highly recommend this Company. They were on time for the installation and even moved the generator to the area where it will run. I plan to use them again for my bathroom lighting fixtures upgrade.

Alex and Frank demonstrated exceptional professionalism in addressing my electrical concerns promptly and efficiently. They also left the work area in a state of cleanliness and order. I highly recommend Davis Developments Electrical Contractors for their exceptional service.

Very tight knit business, the owner, Alex is wonderful and is very hands on. Very pleased with the work they did. They will be my first call if I ever need any work done again.

This is not the first time Davis Developments Electrical Contractors have done work at our house & it won’t be the last!! They have been great to work with! Thank you guys for all of your hard work!

Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. Highly recommend this company for any electrical work
