I needed an electrician ASAP.. I contacted Mr. Sparky and had someone here the next day. Joshua did a detail evaluation of my problems Explained in detail how they could assist. Theo came to complete the work that Needed to be done. I am more than pleased with the professionalism, Explanation of what they were doing and why they were doing and expense. . These two are assets to the company they represent. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky.

I had four old ceiling fan lights replaced, another ceiling light, two dimmer switches installed and all of my smoke alarms replaced. They were 20 yrs old. Yikes. And they even hauled away the old gross fans. Great service.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Mr. Sparky, except for the very high, inflated prices. The technician, Garrett Santana was a gem. He did outstanding work and was extremely professional, completing the jobs in a timely and satisfactory fashion. I had no complaints with him and he also had a pleasant personality. I would definitely ask about the prices prior to any work performed. Overall, I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky!

Called luminous for some of my outdoor lighting issues. The tech nick is amazing. Knows what he is talking about. Prices were very far as to I had multiple company’s come and give estimates. Nick completed the work in a timely manner and was very clean. Would definitely call back for future work

Dylan Jones and Ronnie Wilson are outstanding electricians for Luminous Electric. They are extremely professional and know their trade extremely well! They are both super nice guys as a bonus! They installed a Jackery automatic transfer switch at my home and also for my mother-in-laws home. The automatic transfer switch will automatically switch over up to 12 circuits to battery backup in event of power outage (no generator noise!). I couldn’t be more impressed with the Dylan and Ronnie and Luminous Electric!

My electrician, Ronnie, did an excellent job installing a manual transfer switch for my portable generator. He also walked me through how to use the device and stayed while I started my generator and tested the AC system, which is the largest power draw. Everything works great. I'm ready for hurricane season!

I recommend you ask for Ronnie when you contract with Luminous Electric.

We had a sewage basin stop working because the GFI outlet tripped. This caused a sewage backup into the building. I reset it and the pump worked again, but I knew we had to solve the underlying problem. Obviously we called right away to get it resolved. The phone rang to voicemail and so I left a message. I was disappointed that I was not able to speak to someone live right away because of the nature of the emergency. But thankfully they called me back very shortly and had someone they could send out right away.
In less than 1 hour I received a text saying the technician was on the way, and Eric arrived shortly afterwards! He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue.
He identified the problem as an old GFI that was tripping way too easily (it was original to the building) and replaced the outlet. He also upgraded the outdoor outlet cover to a better weatherproof style outlet which is much better now.
Eric ran the new GFCI outlet through several test to confirm the amperage draw was correct, he confirmed the pump was operating properly, and that the pump specifications did not exceed the outlet rating. Everything checked out well and it has been working ever since!
I have heard that Luminous Electric was a little pricey in the past, and knew that calling a professional service company out on an emergency basis would not be cheap, however the total charge was perfectly reasonable. It actually come in less than I anticipated.
I have used other electricians in the past and have been disappointed every single time in one way or the other. Luminous exceeded my expectations and delivered a 5 star service at a good rate. They are saved in my phone and will be my go to electricians now!

The guys were very professional and found the problem immediately but it was a very easy fix and they still charged me $530. So I would definitely not recommend this company because the cost was exuberant compared to the amount of work I needed done. "Update" I am happy to say the manager reached out to me very quickly and when I explained my complaint he immediately decreased the cost of the job because of the minimal labor involved for which I was very grateful.

Dylan & Stephen of Luminous Electric did a good job for a reasonable amount on my job. They solved several issues in my old house, & tried their best on a particularly difficult spot. I appreciated all their efforts on my behalf & they completed the work on the same day.

Great service! I submitted a request online and promptly got a response to schedule an appointment to provide a quote. Dylan and Alex were very friendly, explained the process, listened to what I needed done (even made some suggestions) and was able to complete all projects that same day! Highly recommend luminous electric to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

Just had a service call today. Ronnie was the electrician who came for the job. He was fantastic. VERY knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of educating me on what we need to know relating to the service call. We've had electric work done in the past where we felt like we were pretty much left in the dark, resorting to google searching to get education and information we needed. Not this time. With Ronnie's help, we feel confident that we know what we need to do. Thanks Ronnie and thanks to Luminous Electric!
