I’m disappointed that they were scheduled Tuesday between 8-9 am. There was no communication until 11 am about their having issue. I had to reach out and phone doesn’t accept messages.

I did like her thorough cleaning when she came next day. We had to communicate with translate app as she only spoke Portuguese.. My house smells good now, not like dog
