Gio is wonderful to work with. She is very prompt in response and always arrives on time. The cleaning is meticulous and she is very willing to make any changes that are needed. We use Gio for our vacation rental cleaning, and she and her team are always flexible with the needs of the property, and make it the high standard of clean needed for this type of property.

Gio and her crew are the best cleaners I have ever had. My floors were a mucky mess because of Hurricane Helene. After Gio and her crew cleaned them, they were the shiniest they had ever been. They also cleaned and treated for mold my wood furniture. We never had any mold problems and the furniture was saved. Not only are they effective at cleaning all kinds of surfaces, they are dependable, kind and trustworthy.

GIO Cleaning Services, LLC cleans vacation rental properties that we manage on AMI in Florida. They do a great job in a timely manner and are very efficient as well as personable. The price we pay varies with the size of the property.

Cleaning was great as usual. However, my daughter's iphone charger is nowhere to be found. She is a grown woman, not a child and she looked everywhere. She never takes it with her. It stays here plugged in beside her bed on the nightstand.
