Tad's crew did a great job! I have a very old system that was out in multiple places, they knew what they were doing and they got the job done right.

We needed a maintenance check (from the original project almost three years ago) and some additional lights for fun. Tad came by to assess everything and had a crew here as soon as possible. Everything was incredibly smooth, just like the first time. Competitive pricing too! Highly recommend Pleasant Lightscapes.

When we sit outside for cocktail hour gazing out over our pool we just can’t stop saying…. “This guy really knew what he was doing!” We absolutely love the design Tad did! We wanted our home highlighted a bit, walkway lights and lights in the back yard pool area, not over the top just enough. Thank you Tad, great work!

These guys are the best. Post back to back hurricanes left my outside ground lighting in a shambles. Some broken, some missing and some no longer working as the system was destroyed. One call and they were there. Walking around taking pictures and asking questions all with an end game in mind. Two days later a proposal came in which was fair and directly in response to our desires. A small down payment started the process and a date was schedules two weeks out. Which on a hurricane damaged island was impressive indeed. The date came, they came and two hours later they left with final payment in hand and a happy customer left behind. The real joy came the next morning as the joy of light brightened my walk around the property from curb to waterside with the new lights shining proudly down to the ground and up to the trees which brightens every day. So they were more than worth the money which was very reasonable, excellent in their workmanship and professional in every way. You can’t go wrong with this team.

Pleasant landscapes installed lights around our pool approximately five years ago. They are lovely they’ve worked and we like them a lot. They did go out once and we didn’t know why but they came back on and that we’ve had no problem with them other than that 1/2 hour over the five-year period. We also had someone come to give us an estimate for repainting our house this year. The boxes for lighting on the side of the house that you’ll see attached to this review, were silver and one that was painted and rusted badly. The painted one has a sticker from landscape lightingOn top of it. So, when our painter said we should have the rusted box replaced we called Landscape lighting and told them that we needed a box replaced and that the lights had gone out once. When the lady came to the door from landscape lighting I told her the lighting was working fine now but we still needed the box repaired or replaced. As you can see by the photos attached there are two boxes and one of them is obviously the rusted box we were talking about. The woman told me they would replace the box but it’s good the lighting was OK. Never came in and told me that the box that was rusted was not there box or that she didn’t think the other one needed to be replaced. We called to complain about the fact that the rusted box had not been replaced and we don’t even think the other one needed to be replaced. A very unhelpful man and somewhat unfriendly man came to tell me that The rusted box was not landscape lighting it had to do with the pool. As I said the pleasant lighting company sticker is on the rusted box so that’s who we called to have it replaced. He asked me what I wanted done and I said well I don’t wanna pay for a box I didn’t need. He said “that will never happen“. I said, “then please replace the old box I don’t want to pay for some thing I didn’t need“. He left in somewhat of a huff and said he would find the old one and come back and replace it. That solution is fine with us but the manner in which they dealt with us by not asking us for clarification when they obviously looked at the rusted box right next to their box. Parentheses with their name on it) and not telling us that the rusted one was not theirs until the man from the company came out to tell me there was a misunderstanding and they were fixing the box because the lighting needed repair. Needless to say, I am a little irritated now I hope they do replace the box or leave the ones there I don’t care.I do wish he had said “I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding” “we can give you the box at a discount and leave it there” “I can go back and get the old box and replace it “anything without the attitude would’ve been appreciate it.

Pleasant Lightscapes did the lighting for our previous owners. After the hurricane, I couldn't get our lights to work and we were curious about updating. With a flick of a switch, they had our lights back on and I was given a quote for a beautiful glow up.

Alex and David completed updating the system on our 25 year old front yard lightscape system The lights came on as expected, the landscape looked beautiful. They made a few minor adjustments in lighting directions and it made all the difference. The lights on the opposite of the driveway are a nice addition. I am happy we did this.

We were very happy with our lighting installation, it really enhanced our home in a tasteful way last year. This year upon returning to our home, half of it was not functioning. After calling Pleasant Lightscapes, they quickly sent one of their technicians, who identified the problem ( a cut line) and replaced it by burying it deeper, then added another light which made our home even look nicer. After struggling with inept lanai string lights and all the hassles they pose, we decided to look at alternatives.
After looking at reviews, we found Pleasant Lightscapes and had them install lanai sconce lights and we couldn't be happier. What a huge difference from string lights. These permanent lights look like a part of the lanai, the wiring system is hidden, and have a variety of color options via the remote.
Tad (owner) initially responded for the estimate & design and was very easy to work with. They stand by their install and warranty service.
We had them return for a conduit install prior to a paver project we have scheduled and Mateo was phenomenal in his design and installation.
Tad even stopped by to make sure the install was being done to our approval.

It’s unfortunate that pictures don’t really show how good the lighting looks in person. Tad and his team did a great job on our project.
