A wonderful find after so many disappointments in cleaning companies. Very professional from start to finish. The girls are lovely and get straight to work as soon as they arrive. We have used this company while not in the house and felt very comfortable and safe with them and also used them whilst in the house, you wouldn't know they were there. Fantastic job ladies.

This was my first experience with manatee ladies cleaning, and I was very happy with the result. Everything was super clean and a supervisor came in at the end to check that everything had been done according to their high standards. We will definitely be using them again.

First time customer with first clean. Lots to really like about this company. The owner came to my apt personally to meet me. The cleaning was thorough and efficiently done. They also left a really nice welcome gift which includes their signature scent which is pleasant and very subtle.

They arrived on time and provided updates via text on who was arriving and when. They were very thorough and I was very impressed a supervisor came to inspect the work and to ensure we were happy with the cleaning. It was so incredibly easy to book a quote and service with the Manatee Ladies Cleaning. They got me on the schedule quickly and did a fantastic job with the cleaning. In addition my house smells great and they left the cutest first service gift including their signature scent. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Not sure what the names of the 2 ladies are that did our house today but they busted their tails on cleaning this place! They arrived on time and worked not stop until they were done. This was our first time using Manatee Cleaning Ladies for a deep clean, and they did not disappoint. From the start, the process was seamless — the home consult and scheduling were both quick and efficient, and we were able to get on the schedule the same week.

We received a text the day of our appointment letting us know the team was on the way. They arrived on time and took great care deep cleaning each space exactly as requested. Since it was our first visit, a supervisor also stopped by to ensure everything was done to their standards, and everything was absolutely perfect.

Update Dec 2025 Four cleanings later still wonderful. The house feels like a 5 star resort after they leave. So many extra details they do to make you feel so special. Like the roses in the bathrooms and the bed pillow arrangements. Even folding the pool towels and clothes.

Wendy and her friend where amazing today I wish I had chatted with them more but I gave them privacy and was outside most of the time until the supervisor showed up was when I went inside. And it was so cleaned. I will definitely rebook only them those two hardworking woman. As my first cleaning ever I couldent be any more happy.

They Clean my apartment for the first time today and it was wonderful. The whole process was very easy and professional. The owner came to my apartment for an evaluation she was very professional had a whole folder put together for me with all the prices and their certificate of insurance. She scheduled my appointment for today; they sent 2 very nice ladies to clean. They do a great job and in addition they had a supervisor come over after to verify the cleaning was done properly who was also very nice. They also left me a very nice gift as a new customer. I am very satisfied with everything and will be using them moving forward. .

Diana and her crew came highly recommended and I can see why. I booked a deep cleaning for dear friends and she was amazing from the visit to their home to the day they came to clean. I live out of town and she kept me informed from beginning to end. My friends were so excited to see the end result and have said over and over again how great Diana and her crew was.
