I didn't really know what company to begin with when my AC stopped working on me. Mr. AC was recommended to me by a friend of mine/loan officer. So I called Mr. AC and they were nothing but pleasant, informative, and very helpful, even able to get someone out there that same day (which, frankly, I wasn't even expecting, lol)

Charles F. came, looked at the AC, and gave me all my options for fixing the issue and broke down the cost of each one. He answered all my questions; he was friendly, I didn't feel rushed, and it was great that he (unprompted by me) put on shoe covers.

I didn't decide what option to fix the AC I wanted until several weeks later, but Mr. AC kept in touch with me. I spoke with a few different employees. They were all great, all super helpful. It actually felt like I was talking to PEOPLE on the other end.

Last week I had scheduled the fixing of my AC for today, and Charles F. arrived in the scheduled timeframe and got it working again. I think I definitely found the company I'll be staying with. All-around great customer service. And from what I can tell, great company.

We’ve used Mr A/C for several years now- they offer friendly, reliable, quality service. Andy is so knowledgeable about HVAC that I needed out listening to him talk about the way things work. Jaid seems to be our guy as we’ve seen him on multiple occasions- he always shows up with a warm personality and positive vibes. He is efficient and very professional at his job. I also think it speaks volumes about the company when there is employee retention. Call me old school but I like to know the people that I let in my home. Oh, this last maintenance visit, my filter was way over due for a change…Jaid did not filter shame me…instead, Andy went and got me a new filter as a token. Great people make great companies.

Mr AC was one of two companies we called about a quote for a complete replacement of our air conditioning system. The President, Andy Naylor spent over 2 hours with us discussing all of our options. His price for the same system offered by competitor was 20% lower and his company reviews were all 5 star. Tech James Clark arrived the next day at exactly 9 AM and was completely finished everything by 3 PM. I would highly recommend this Company and its no nonsense tech people to anyone looking for a highly professional outfit with quality work at a tremendous price.
