Good service and communications. The first tech misdiagnosed the problem but the second one found the underlying issue and fixed it in short order. Quite satisfied.

On of the most professional service people from Sears Repair that I have met. Very knowledgeable and diligent on approaching our concern. It turns out that the repair was a simple rattling issue that had not been addressed by the previous service repair person who missed a missing screw which was causing vibration. So relieved that it did not require replacing the condenser.

Rob went an cleaned out my dryer from all the lint that was in it, as well as helping with cleaning my A/C unit. He did a really good job with everything.

I purchased my lawn tractor in 2017. I had a service contract for 3 years & called for maintenance & minor adjustments. Oscar was the tech for most all calls. He came this yr in January to change oil & do a full check of my tractor. He is highly qualified & professional.
He listened to my concerns about noises or questions. He suggested a new carburetor & showed me what I was paying for without hesitation. I was so pleased with his work & the orderly & clean way the job was done.
The test drive was proof of the excellent work skills that Sears provides.
I am a 70 year old widow that can't do this work myself, but I can still mow my yards
knowing my lawn tractor is still going strong

Sears is wonderful. I've had them clean my carpets, repair/maintain my HVAC, and clean my a/c vents and dryer vents. The techs are always courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They do an extremely thorough job and the booking process is all online and super easy. Plus you get a phone call when the tech is en route. You can also follow the tech via an online map to see when they will arrive and how many stops they have before yours. It's awesome. I'm a customer for life.

Finally the third person for the same issue fixed it. He took the extra effort to go buy the correct screws unlike the first one who did not have a correct screw and did not fix it and the second who used incorrect size scews. During all this, we have been struggling without AC for nearly four weeks.

I had a great experience with Sears. The technician called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment. When he arrived he asked me what was wrong with the fridge and I told him the problem, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the required parts in his truck to fix the ice maker the very same time. I was really happy that he fixed it super fast and was able to get ice very quickly. Thank you Scott, the Sears technician.

Both technicians were pleasant and professional. They worked diligently, to repair my dishwasher, including giving advice that was both wise and intuitive. I would highly recommend these techs!!!!

The technician arrived on time and asked for input to help him fix the problem. He went to work and was able to solve the issue in no time. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite.

Andre fixed the problem with the ice makers. After 6 calls for repair, Andre diagnosed the problem and did a great install of the parts. It is so good to have the ice maker working again. So we had 7 service calls, a motherboard, 2 new ice makers, and a new compressor. He installed the compressor on the 7th service call.

My A/C Tech Michael was great. He took the time to explain to me the issues with my air conditioning unit so that I could understand. He removed the clog from the units drain pipe.. He also provided great advice on how to maintain the air conditioning unit. My home is now cool again. Yes, I do highly recommend his services.

My technician Jim was awesome, friendly and efficient. I appreciate great experienced technician. He assessed, planned and resolved my refrigerator issue.

I had a problem with my water softener , the tank was filling up with water, I had 2 plumbers look at it an they could not figure it out. One plumber was just interested in selling me a new water softener. Sears repair to the rescue, tech knew exactly what to look for, fixed it, made sure everything was working, and took off all in 30 mins. The service charge was just 99 dollars and it was well worth it. I highly recommend Sears Appliance repair

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Called when he was 10 min out. Shook hands & introduced himself & locked door behind him. Listened patiently to steps I had gone thru to self diagnose. Explained what he was doing every step of the way. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Paperwork instantly arrived. Covered by warranty.

Sears fulfilled my warranty claim. Michael was the service tech who responded. He was very knowledgeable and was able to repair my (older) machine in a timely manner. I would gladly hire Micheal again if the need were to arise!

Frank C is Knowledgeable in knowing how to repair... resolve the problem. Professional and cleaned up after himself. Also, very personable and friendly... making his repair visit easy going. I highly recommend him... he is Excellent and caring about his job, profession. Frank C is always welcome back for any further repairs.

Our technician was friendly, very knowledgeable helpful respectful of us our property. He took care of the air conditioner in a timely manner. He checked to make sure the system was delivering cool air. Thank you for this young man coming to our home .

The technician Enrique was very friendly , professional amicable. He did a very clean job and a good job explaining what was going on as he was doing it. I would recommend the technician or the company the technician work for any day anytime I was very pleased with the work that he did in the company itself.

Chelsea was very helpful and through. She completely checked my HVAC unit and found what was wrong. She ordered parts and came back in 2 days and fixed the problem. She retested the unit before she left to make sure all was good. She was very nice and informative. She definitely deserves 5 star ratings

This is NOT an AI review. My service tech, Efrain was prompt, courteous and explained the issue with my refrigerator.
Unlike the first person (which was a male at the call center who tried to tell me how to fix my problem, the second, who was female, schefilwd a tech) Efrain showed up as scheduled and was very good at what he does! He found the problem, explained it and fixed it.
If there were 10 stars, he would have earned the rating!
