Samantha, the branch manager called me back after she overheard me breakdown on the phone crying about how I’ve been sent to different stores and the drive was really getting to me because I could not get what I needed to finish the project. Her apologies meant the world a lot of people Will give a nonchalant apology, but she was apologetic and gave me words of encouragement with patient with me and did all the research she needed to do before she even called me to make this right she went above and beyond as a good customer service representative of the company I’m amazed, and she want me as a customer

Went looking for s specific part that I knew they wouldn’t have but had to give it a try. The one thing all of these supply houses need to work on is better customer service. You can walk in the place and be standing at the counter for 10 min , and not even get a hello most of the time. I know we are mostly men coming into the store, and it’s rough construction workers, but in the end we are all human, and don’t mind a hello I’ll be right with you lol. Once I did get helped the guy was friendly enough, and of course they didn’t have the part...

Great place for a hot cup of coffee! The guys are always helpful & happy. It makes this miserable job a little easier when I just got done digging a 20 foot trench & I get to come here, see the boys, chit chat a little, grab a fresh cup of that amazing coffee & just unwind for a minute. Not sure what I would do without this place. Great parts, great people. Sometimes they have buttered popcorn.

Brian is amazing! I've been using his service for years and I've recommended him with great success as well. He even potentially saved my children's lives by recognizing I bought an inferior pool light. I was able to go buy a safer one in the time it took him to get the wiring done and all was good. Awesome! I highly recommend Exodus Electric Co. Javin and Pedro were on time, clean, and did an outstanding job. Brian the owner is also super communicative as he responds promptly.
They even went out of their way to do an extra trip for supplies to install the panel to prevent any possible drywall issues- I don’t know many electricians that take those extra steps. 👍👍👍

I recommend this company 200%. They are honest and knowledgeable and the customer comes first. For instance, they did work for me and it was great but then I had another matter and Ivan drove an hour on a Sunday evening and found the problem with an electrical connection, not related to the work the company had done. He fixed the issue and my AC was back working. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? EXODUS ELECTRIC DOES! They are my go to forever.
