Been living in Florida for 30 years now & have had many many different companies provide a service over that span. This is one of the best, if not the best, service we’ve had in 30 years. Jeremy came to do the estimate. Jessie performed the work which turned out great. Both on time, professional & polite & the communication from this company was the best we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Brook pressure washing was incredibly responsive and communicative from the start. They came out the same day I called and gave me a good quote AND were $50 cheaper than the other company I called AND they were able to schedule me for the next day to clean my screen enclosure and patio. The two men that came out, Chance and Jesse, were professional and efficient and did a great job! I would definitely use this company again.

I just had Julian from this company at my house. I put in a request on Angi's list for someone to clean my gutters after much debris got in them from the storm. The area was just around my pool deck. He contacted me within a few minutes of the request. He said he could be there in an hour and a half. When he arrived he said he would clean everything up. He not only did gutters, but blew off my entire pool cage and roof. He then went the extra mile, blowing off my pool deck and the entire perimeter of my house. The end result was exceptional and the price more than fair. Julian was cordial and very professional! I would highly recommend this company, without hesitation.

Loved the experience with Brook Pressure Washing! We needed our pool pavers sealed and they were super responsive from day one. Easy and quick to set up an estimate, fair enough price, and got on their schedule quickly. The entire process was explained as they went so we weren't surprised by anything.The guys who did the work were polite and very prompt. Jeremy & his crew did a wonderful job on my back patio! It's never looked better. They came in and scrubbed, pressure washed, blasted out my polymer sand, added the better stuff that inhibits weeds from growing. I tried to do it myself a year ago and made my patio worse by using the wrong sand. Whoops. Save yourself the time and money by calling them to begin with. Learned my lesson :/

I used Brook for both pressure washing and putting up Christmas Lights. They did a fantastic job for us and I highly recommend them! The lights were up and down exactly as scheduled and looked wonderful. The pressure washing was great and they were all on time and very pleasant to deal with!

We had Brook clean and seal a 100 foot long paver driveway and front walkway, pressure wash our house, and clean and seal a new travertine deck around our pool.

Jeremy came out initially and provided us with a detailed estimate and explained the details of everything that would be done, the chemicals used, and the type of sealer that would be used on the two different types of deck, and why.

Their price was competitive and provided the most bang for the buck, and they also do ongoing maintenance agreements to ensure that everything remains in great shape for just a percentage of the service to clean and seal it. We are very happy with the end result and recommend Brook Pressure Cleaning for all your pressure washing and sealing needs.

Jeremy and Chance did an amazing job of restoring my paver deck to better than new. They spent two days washing and sealing the deck and it is sparkling! This is a very professional operation with a very responsive office. They show up when they say they’re going to be here, you get a text notice when they are on the way, and they delivered a great value with the service they provided. Highly recommended!
