Marisol and Jenny did a wonderful job with our house.

Hired a one time clean for a new house. Mainly needed kitchen, bathrooms, and floors cleaned/sanitized done so we could focus on deeper items like inside cabinets and unpacking.

Kitchen and bathrooms look great but I'm questioning the cleanliness because our feet were still turning black after they left. I did a quick swiffer mop and it also came up black. I never heard a vacuum and they were wet mopping piles of wet dust and dirt around then picking it up with a cloth by hand. I have never seen that done with other cleaning services.

Easy to book and perfectly nice in demeanor but the product was not worth it.

My cleaners are top notch and affordable. They’re professional, courteous, and do a super job. They are also bilingual. So I get to practice my Spanish. It’s a twofer!

Yeah it was a terrible service. 300+ dollar was just not worth it. I checked everything and it still was super dirty. Three of them came to clean with barely any equipment. Everything looked like when I left but they strategically cleaned the most obvious dirty areas. Then at the end they left without saying a word and their supervisor came to try to convince to get a weekly service. Be careful with this type of services folks. I wanted to give zero stars but it didn’t let me. They respond fast to the call and can schedule an appointment easily but the service is just terrible.

If you are looking for a cleaning service, I would recommend The Cleaning Authority. I have used them for several years. One thing I appreciate about the service is that the employees are bonded and insured, an important feature in today’s world. Today, Team 5 did an excellent job, even adding nice touches like a triangle fold on the toilet paper! The ladies were prompt, polite, and thorough. I enjoy having them come to clean my home!
