I use this business based on a family member reference, which goes to show some people have no clue how unethical some people can be. Owner claim he checked out both HVAC units inside and out. Found that the downstairs unit needed a new pump. Well, he made the repairs and said he didn't need to go inside anymore all the work can be done outside since I was leaving to go out of town. We arrived back in town and the house was cool didn't think anything was wrong until I got my electric bill weeks later. I didn't realize that the upstairs unit blower was continually running and never turning off. So I turned off the unit and swapped thermostats still had the same problem. I then opened the HVAC panel, and I couldn't believe what I founded. The control board in some wires was burnt. I called the owner Tavenoh numerous times starting on 9/2 and left messages. Now I understand why he did not return calls. I'm should he knew About the panel. He finely called 9/19 saying someone mentioned I called and I know why I received that call. Per his. request I sent him some pictures and I haven't heard from him since. His actions has to be the most cowardice thing I've seen a business owner take. You would think upon his inspection the circuit board and burnt wires would have been mentioned.

Late on a Friday (of course), I realized my AC was out of refrigerant. First thing Saturday morning, I called T&W and explained the situation. About an hour after that call, "T" was at my house. After making an assessment and ensuring I didn't have a leak, he recharged the system and was gone about an hour after he arrived. The service was courteous, highly competent, thorough and quick. The rate was extremely reasonable. Of all the emergency services I've needed over many years, this was beyond a doubt the most satisfying. I highly recommend T&W.

T &W air conditioning arrived just two hours after I called. Mr T. Diagnosed the issue and made the repair in less than an hour. I think his price was very fair. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who air conditioner issues. Thanks again!

I called in the morning and the owner, Jamie answered the phone. I told him my air conditioning was not cooling for the past few days, he came out to my house within 30 minutes and checked out my unit and showed me and explained the issues my A/C was having. It was a real old unit and I new it was on it's last leg. So he called it in to his guys to pick me up the Air condition unit ,that I agreed to have it put in. Within a very short time his installers were at my house and within a few hours they were finished and cold air was coming in strong throughout my house. The installers were very polite and kind and they left everything clean and picked up. Larry, came in and explained a few things to me and answered all my questions. I, give them a 5 star because of the reasons above and much more. We will use them as our HVAC company for all our cleanings and everything to do with HVAC system. Dave the estimator was kind and respectful. The young man installing....not so much. His attitude is arrogant and condescending. The owner stopped by, didn't bother to acknowledge me and as soon as he left, this employee trash talked him. I had to request floor tarp to protect my new floors, muddy outside and they don't seem to care how much mud they track in. Kid grabbed my blanket off my couch assuming it was the dirty towel I'd been using to wipe up the leaks and mud they tracked across my floor.I gave them a towel cover to put their tools on, so as not to stratch my new floors, ignored me and is dropping tools on my floors. I'll take photos when they leave. I'm a property caretaker and have dealt with countless companies over the years, not my first rodeo, but it will bet last with this one!! To the owner: I'm NOT confusing your company with the Tampa AC company. Customer service skills seriously needs improvement. I always tip service men..... not this time.

I called Jamie's when I thought my compressor died. They were out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue as just a bad capacitor, replaced the capacitor, and had the unit running again same day. They were polite and honest and will be my go to for AC issues in the future.

Jamie is one of the most honest and trustworthy guys I have ever met. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family on multiple occasions. I will never call another AC company as long as Jamie's A/C is around. Thanks for all of your help sir!

Did non-emergency maintenance of two units. Response time still excellent, and Colton, the tech, was prompt, courteous, trustworthy, etc. Fair pricing as well. Will definitely keep maintaining/servicing with Jamie's AC to keep them spitting cool air.

We have used Jamie’s AC since the early 90s. Lol yes Jamie, it’s been that long. No complaints at all on this end. If you were to ever retire I will just have to move to another state. Love your response time and you have great/friendly guys that get the problems done.

I called Jamie's AC in hopes of having someone come by the house to assess the fact that my hallways are freezing and bedrooms are warmer. When I called during business hours, no one answered, so I had to leave a message. When I received a phone call back, the gentleman was a little cocky and rude. When asked if they honor a military discount, he chuckled and flatly said no (my husband is deployed). Didn't care for the attitude, but I understand some business don't honor military discounts. Because I was recommended to use this company, I decided to have a tech come out to my house. I scheduled it for a Friday at 2 pm. I drove back home from being out of town purposely so I can meet the tech. To my dismay, he never showed. I did receive a phone call two hours later, and was told he was running late. I told him not to worry about it, and I was not interested in rescheduling. Between the "we don't need your business" attitude, and the no-show technician with little remorse, I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company.

Jamie’s A/C had been servicing our old unit until it was time to replace it. The technicians arrived as scheduled today to install the new unit. Nick answered all my questions regarding the warranty. I have recommended their services to other family members. N.Llorente

There were two gentlemen that came to change the air conditioning for South TPA home that I'm staying at. They were so so professional and nice! I can't rave enough about this company how efficient they are too. Thank you for everything you guys did! If you were looking for an air conditioning service, look no further!
