Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I contacted Landon, he assured me he would take care of my home as if it was his own. Communication is very important with me and I’m pleased to say that I never had to contact him for updates, he was always taking care of the project. I felt like I was his only priority. Even when we had a small bump in the road he handled it like a champion, came to my home at night, and was there earlier than promised the next morning to lay sod. This is a serious amount of work and between Landon and his crew I have to say I am truly in awe of how much care was shown with my home. Will definitely use them again in the future!

The service and professionalism of Landon was 5 Star. The quality of the service was excellent. Landon was thorough in explaining the sprinkling problem and the type of repair needed. I would recommend Landon to anyone that needs sprinkling system work or replacement. Landon gets a 5-Star in all categories of work, service and professionalism.

Hired Landon and his company for almost 2 years. Always made payments on time. Except for this one situation. (Invoice was going to get paid, but there was a delay from my end).

Life has been hectic lately with two immediate family emergencies going on at the same time back in SC as well as our dog just passing away the last week.

Rather than Landon providing any compassion or understanding to the situation for a customer who has never missed a payment, he instead gave me a very unprofessional attitude along with threats. He also practically mocked our dog dying.

Tried to give him the benefit of doubt and give him a call to talk through the situation, but he said, “I’m nicer when I text.” Not a business owner you want to deal with nor give your hard earned money to, beware.

Good riddance, thanks for showing your true colors, Landon. I see this is a theme in the last few months in your reviews.

LDM did my yard for the first time this last week. They did a great job, everything looked perfect when I got home and the gate was securely closed. They responded quickly when I inquired about using them, had a quote in minutes and can put on a card for easy payment. I am hoping for a long relationship with this company, very satisfied.

LDM has been doing my lawn for almost 5 years. Very reliable! It's been great doing business with them. I had an issue recently and Landon took care of it right away. I Highly recommend LDM

We use LDM for our general lawn maintenance, they always do a great job and are quick to respond! We recently had them do all of the palms on the property and they look amazing! Work was done in a timely manner, no issues and clean up was also taken care of with out any questions. Everything was done promptly and professionally! Definitely recommend!

Today Wayne and his helper came over and trimmed two palms and numerous low branches (stringers) in my back yard. He is very professional and his rates are better than most I checked on. Several places would not even touch my job unless it met their
$500 minimum. I whole heartedly recommend Wayne for any trimming and cutting jobs you may need. An actual honest man and business.

I used Wayne for 2 properties in Largo that needed major yard clean up. Wayne showed up on time and worked very hard all day. He did a wonderful job. UPDATE, MAY 4, 2023.
Once again I needed junk removal after having a garage cleanup. I called another company, but the price est. was too high. I called Wayne & Sons and was told they would be out the next morning. They were on time and took all of my junk even spending the time to cut apart large items to make things more compact so they could fit and take more of my items. This company works with you, they are flexible, kind and hard working. I just had to add this update so my neighbors in Valrico and Brandon can give Wayne and Sons a call for their junk removal/yard waste removal needs.

I was in a bind. The company that was scheduled to come by and remove my items overbooked and cancelled at the last minute. They were willing to reschedule for next week, but I had already waited a week and needed the items removed. I contacted Wayne &Sons and discussed my situation with them. I asked for same day pickup. Although they had a full schedule,
they squeezed my pick up into their busy day. All of my items were removed quickly. Thanks so much to Wayne & Sons.

I have big yard with 4 large oak trees and needed help with cleaning up leaves. I called several companies and Wayne & Sons was the first to immediately answer. Wayne worked around my work schedule to meet up and provide me with an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was very professional and respectful. We agreed on a work plan and price, and again he showed up right when he said he would to start working the next day. His price was very reasonable and saved me a lot of time. What usually takes me and my wife 3 full weekends to do, he knocked it out within 6-7hrs. Definitely will be suggesting him to my friends and family and will be contacting him again.

My yard needed a major weed removal and clean out, when Wayne was finished my yard looked brand new! He does an amazing job, he responds quickly and puts you on his schedule right away. You will not be disappointed with his service!

Wayne did an outstanding job on my landscaping project. It was a big project with removal of numerous shrubs, irrigation revision, ground leveling, and new sod. He got the job done in a timely manner and was able to accomodate my time schedule. Another landscaper had given me a 2 months wait time. Wayne is a very professional, courteous, and hard working person. You know from the start you are working with an honest man. I feel fortunate he picked up the phone and agreed to help us out without delay. The yard looks great! Highly recommend. I will definitely call again for future projects.

Did a great job on trimming my shrubs. Second time using them, just as good and courteous as the first time. Arrived on time, listened to what I wanted done and did it and looks great, can’t ask for more than that.

I needed some work done in my yard, including spring cleanup, trimming, and replacing my wood chips. Wayne was very responsive to my request and came over the very next day to provide me with an estimate. He started the job the next week and worked within my budget. He left the yard clean and looking amazing! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!
