Quality was working a street over and was here within an hour. They have clean, branded trucks. I had already dug the cap and noticed wet soft concrete. It crumbled as they broke the cap free. The sweep was in the bottom of the tank and the drain field was... bad. They got it pumped out so our drains would work while we got quotes for replacement.

Their quote for a new tank and drain field was fairly priced (a plumber friend who was going to do it told me to go with Quality as he couldn't touch the price), came with e real warranty, and the turnaround time was very fast compared to other companies. That's a huge plus when there is a big, toddler sized hole in the top of your tank. Another well known local outfit was over 6 weeks out.

The install crew was beyond impressive. I'm pretty sure NASA operates with looser tolerances than these guys. There was constant checking for level, and these two worked an excavator and shovels like artist's paintbrushes. Everything was square and straight. After the county inspected they were there same afternoon to backfill.

Angelo has been great to work with throughout the process and after, and while I hope not to see them for a few years, I would strongly recommend them to anyone for either pumpouts or replacements.

Where do I begin??? ​I cannot recommend Quality Septic highly enough! From the moment I placed the initial, somewhat frantic call about my backed-up septic system, the experience was fantastic. The owner, Kevin, was incredibly great on the first call—professional, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable, which immediately put my mind at ease.
​The service team, Luis and Joedi were absolutely outstanding. They arrived promptly and tackled a complicated, tough job. They took their time, meticulously working to clear the obstruction and ensure everything was flowing perfectly. Even when the job took significantly longer than expected, they maintained their commitment to quality and never once rushed the process. VERY GRATEFUL FOR THEM!!!! They put 2 hours worth of hard work to make sure they cleared the tank. (Normally this job would take a lot less, but my tank was in very bad shape and they still tackled it into the night)

We had an emergency issue with our septic system, and Kevin, the owner of Quality Septic, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk my husband through over FaceTime/multiple phone calls what might be going on and explained the proper steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Even in a stressful situation, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. It’s clear he cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. We’re very grateful for his guidance and would absolutely recommend Quality Septic to anyone needing honest and reliable septic service.

The team over at quality septic is the best in the business. Their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work speak for themselves. They came out first thing in the morning on a Saturday with five different trucks to pump down my septic, remove the collapsed concrete lid inside, inspect the tank and drain field, install and seal a new lid, and backfill all of the dirt. Had an excellent experience with them and will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.

I just want to say that after all the bad luck I've been having lately, today felt like I was sent an Angel. This company came out this evening and restored my busted water line at 7:00 this evening. Richard was very professional but also very personable. Just left at 8:00. They Richard and John did a top notch repair and explained everything they had done.
His prices are very reasonable and fair.
I found out he's been in the business several years and I could tell he was very knowledgeable about his trade.
I would give him 10 star rating if I could.

Richard came and fixed my leaky toilet FAST! Both he and his apprentice were kind, honest and professional. They showed great respect to me and my home. Richard came out to do an initial investigation for high water bills and was able to walk us through the entire process. He was very professional and friendly. As there was no active leak he did not charge a fee for just visiting and confirming no leak, he also provided suggestions and next steps if the bill remains high. I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity.

Mr. Guzman came to my house on short notice and analyzed a plumbing problem. We have been having for a long time made some simple suggestions that I am going to try over the course of the next six weeks to eliminate some odor from our master bath. He was very generous with his time and knowledge And in fact did not charge me for the visit to my home. What a nice experience for a change. Richard was great! We had a significant leak and he answered our call right away, came the same day and fixed the leak in less than an hour. We will definitely call him again!

Richard was great - he gave us a fair price for labor, was very thorough, helped us figure out our warranty, installed our replacement water heater in quick fashion, and explained everything. Would definitely recommend him!

Richard is quick to respond and help out! I was having trouble with our sink disposal and he resolved the problem quickly for us over the phone. We will gladly use him again in the future if we’re having a plumbing issue.

I was trying to mow my grass quick before Hurricane Idalia, and I hit and busted the main water pipe to our house. With water shooting up to the sky I didn’t know what to do, so I quickly found Tampa Plumbing Solution via Google. I called and the owner, Richard answered the phone and explained to me how to shut off the main at the street, which I did and he and his team were here in 10 minutes to fix our broken pipe. Extremely efficient and professional, I won’t use anyone else moving forward!

Richard and Steven are wonderful. Richard was able to schedule me same-day. They are quick and efficient. I was lucky that they were in the area and able to come fast. Steven was on site with me. I had a low shower pressure. He’s friendly, kind, and knowledgable and gets the issue fixed in no time. This is my first time with them. And they are my go-to plumber from now on. No further search needed.
