Remodeler reviews in Brandon, Florida

Jack personally did my framing work to create an enclosed office, installed a new double French door and his team came back to paint the new room.
This is the 2nd time I hired Dempsey construction. My first project was to remodel my master bathroom, by taking out the garden tub and small enclosed shower.
I have been very happy with this company and the worked they did for me. If I have any other projects in the future my first call will be to Jack.
Thank you so much.
Terri

I would highly recommend Mark and Jack. They did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. They were responsive and finished our project quickly.

Excellent job. Very clean and professional. Everything went as promised and expected. Love our new bathroom.

Mr. Dempsey is very knowledgeable and has lots of insight and good ideas, especially with kitchens and bathrooms. I have found him to be detailed through completion. On top of that he is friendly and accommodating.

Mark and Jack were amazing to work with. Very honest and professional. They did great work and I highly recommend them!

Mark and Jack have remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Their attention to detail and communication is excellent. We are extremely pleased with all of the work they have done for us. They will be our first and only call when we remodel another bathroom.

Remodeled my kitchen 3 years ago and it looks amazing. They also just finished remodeling my master bath, which was a total tear down and build back. It also turned out even better than I imagined. They are very detail oriented. Everything has to be finished to perfection. They go the extra mile with helping order things, picking up even small things and I like that when I ask for their opinion, they give their honest opinion. They keep the mess to a minimum and do a great cleanup when the job is finished. Highly recommend this company. I have two bathrooms left to remodel. I will be calling them to do the work. Honest, hardworking and trustworthy people.

Mark and his son Jack did a great job remodeling our shower! They are prompt, courteous and very responsive to any request. They treated our home like their own and used quality workers. Pricing was fair and affordable. We will definitely recommend them to our friends!

I couldn't be more impressed with Mark, Jack, and their team. They remodeled 2 of our bathrooms and the results are beautiful and high quality. They were an absolute pleasure to work with in every way. It's rare to find a team that not only produces such stellar work, but is also a joy to have in your home. I will be using them for all my future remodel work!

Mark and Jack are great people. They are action and not talk. They remodeled our Master Bedroom and bath. Remodeled our entertainment center in the family room. Replaced the back splash tile in our kitchen. Removed all flooring in the house and installed new tile through out the house. Very well done. Reasonable price. Top notch service. I want use anyone else. You gain their trust right from the start.

Wow and wow! They are prompt, efficient, and very professional! The workman were prompt and professional. They were very tidy and in general very nice to be around. Jack is quick to respond and takes care of everything effortlessly. They did our downstairs floors and fixed our ceiling. I am in love with my house again. I plan on using them to remodel my masterbath, after I convince my husband it needs to be done. These guys are amazing!!!

We are very extremely pleased with the total remodel of our master bathroom.Mark was very helpful in the new design. His idea of taking out the garden tub to enlarging the shower and giving us more room near the vanity was definitely the best decision. Jack and Mark were always quick to respond with any questions we had, very conscientious to keep the area clean, and took the time to make sure that the installations were done right! The gentlemen who tiled our shower and bathroom floor did an excellent job. Jose and Aldo helped with my idea to extend the tile beyond the shower to the whole wall,
which we really love. The glass installer and electrician were professional and also very easy to work with. We will definitely be using Dempsey Construction again in the future.

If I could give Mark, his son Jack and his company a hundred stars I would. This is by far the MOST PROFESSIONAL company that I have ever dealt with. My husband and I contracted with Dempsey Construction during our kitchen remodel for our electrical needs. Due to the pandemic, it took five months for our appliances to be received at our home. Although, I kept Mark and his team abreast of the delays, he was very patience and understanding. When our appliances finally arrived, we were scheduled immediately for install. Mark and his team are timely, understanding, fair and very professional. Should we remodel in the future, I would definitely use Dempsey Construction. With that being said, I highly recommend this company. Thank you Mark, Jack & Dempsey Construction Team for excellent workmanship. God Bless you all!

Mark and Jack did a phenomenal job with our master bathroom remodel and the flooring replacement in the master bedroom. The attention to detail and responsiveness is stellar and was greatly appreciated. The subs that they hire are all top notch and do excellent work. They were all very professional, trustworthy and friendly. We highly recommend them and would never use anyone else in the future. We are thrilled with the outcome!

Fair, honest, and followed through on all promises. Exceeded every expectation. Sub contractors used were excellent. Everyone was clean, timely, and polite. Remodeled entire inside of home. Recommended to two others. Did an amazing job for them as well. You will not regret using Dempsey Construction. Thank you Mark and Jack!

Great job! Mark & Jack just finished our second bathroom for us. We were so impressed with their work on our first bathroom that we asked them to come back for our second bathroom. They kept in constant contact during the remodel and worked with us on our designs and plans. I would highly recommend Dempsey Construction for any of your remodeling needs.

From start to finish, working with Jack and Dempsey Construction was an exceptional experience. We recently completed a full renovation of our primary bathroom, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation.

What stood out the most was the incredible attention to detail. Every tile, fixture, and finish was installed with such precision—it’s clear that quality craftsmanship is a top priority for this team. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. Even the grout lines are perfectly straight!

The communication throughout the project was also outstanding. We were always kept in the loop on scheduling, deliveries, and progress. If I had a question (and I had many!), it was answered quickly and thoroughly. That level of transparency made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

If you’re considering a renovation and want a contractor who is professional, detail-oriented, communicative, and reliable—look no further. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and are already planning to work with them again on our next project!
