Reviews of local pros in Brandon, Florida

Stellar workmanship, on time every day and on the project. Very hands on and his crew is very professional. Look forward to working with Pro and Sergio again in the not to distant future.

We have completed many jobs for Sergio and Pro Construction Center . The projects are always closely monitored and move quickly which is great for customers as well as sub crews because we get finished and paid quickly and on to the next . As a subcontractor we meet good and bad companies and I would recommend these guys as a company to work for as well as hire for any commercial space that needs work .

Sergio has the qualities that most other GCs lack. He’s honest, responsive, always answers the phone, gets back to you when he says he will, estimates things accurately and honestly and working on a project with him is strait forward and simple, as it should be.
I’ve done multiple commercial projects with Sergio over the past couple of years, have some going on with him right now, and he’ll always be my first call in the future.

Sergio completed the buildout for my business and did an amazing job! Other contractors quoted me at much higher rates and longer timelines. So glad that I found Sergio! Would definitely recommend working with him for any construction needs

Sergio and his team are very professional and they are all great people and easy to work with on projects. His pricing is fair and he is great at communication. I highly recommend using his services.

Sergio and his team are the most reliable, consistent, and trustworthy construction crew I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I always know I’m going to get the highest quality of work from him and with the most reasonable price. Even better is that he is always there to help when you need him for an emergency job. Would highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.

We enjoyed working with Sergio and his stellar team. Sergio's communication is fabulous. He is helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and keeps his projects on schedule. We look forward to our next project with Pro Construction.

We highly recommend Sergio and his team at Pro Construction. They have worked on a few unique projects at our Seminole Heights location. Each project was done in a timely manner and with a high level of professionalism. And as others have pointed out, they are great at communicating what the job entails and are extremely fair.

The process of finding a contractor for any commercial job takes time...you meet people along the way that give you a sense of what you want in a relationship vs what you might get if you're not careful. I'm grateful I found Sergio and his team. When compared to other contractors I've worked with he stands out from the rest. He was honest, set reasonable expectations and communicated with me at every step of the journey for a build out of my restaurant. Unfortunately in the contracting world sometimes you grow weary of whether or not your best interest is taken into consideration vs extra dollars for the contractor. It always felt like Sergio had a genuine interest in me and in making sure his work was done just as professionally as if he was for family.

Sergio and his crew at Pro Construction are the best in the business. They completed a beautiful renovation for our salon! Can't recommend them enough!

Sergio and his crew at Pro Construction are truly the best in the business. They completed an absolutely beautiful salon renovation for us, including removing a wall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and drywall — and every single detail was done with care and precision.

Their entire team is professional, respectful, and incredibly easy to work with. The quality of their work speaks for itself. They stayed on a quick timeline and were very accommodating in working around our salon schedule, which was so important for our business.

They’ve also done multiple projects at my home, and after some really bad experiences with other contractors in the past, I can confidently say I have never had that issue with Sergio and his crew. They are reliable, communicative, and deliver top-quality work across the board.
I truly cannot recommend Pro Construction enough. If you’re looking for professionalism, efficiency, and beautiful results — this is your team.

The kitchen faucet pressure dropped suddenly. I contacted this plumbing service to inspect it. The technician cleaned mineral buildup from the fixture. The pressure returned to normal.

Their experts team cleared a stubborn clog in the drainage line that had been affecting multiple areas. The system is working fine again.

I reached out when a pipe under the sink became loose. The technician secured it properly. Everything is stable again.

A persistent damp spot appeared near the entryway floor. This plumbing service sent their technicians to repair a slow subfloor pipe leak.

Earlier, our water heater wasn’t delivering consistent hot water. Their specialists repaired a failing component. Hot water is steady again.

Everything was handled in a single visit. A broken pipe near the sink caused leaks. Their crew repaired it cleanly.

When I saw water under the washing machine, I made the call immediately, they identified a cracked supply line, replaced it securely and I appreciate the stress free repair.

The service felt reliable from the start. Sewer smell came from the floor drain. I called worried about backups. They cleared the blockage and the smell went away.

The bathroom sink drain was installed poorly before. The plumber corrected the setup completely. No leaks and better drainage now.

Our toilet had been running continuously for a couple of nights and it was keeping everyone awake with the constant noise. I called their crew and a plumber came quickly. He examined the tank, replaced a worn out valve and adjusted the float. After a few tests, the toilet stopped running and flushed perfectly. The whole process was quick and he explained exactly what the issue was.
