Because of severe cold weather, my thermostat was not catching up with the set temperature. I thought something happened to the system.
I called Josh and he sent his tech, Marshon today morning. He checked out the system thoroughly and made sure everything is working good. No charge!

I recently used this AC company for a service call, and overall my experience was solid.

The technician arrived on time, which I really appreciated, and was professional throughout the visit. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my unit in a way that was easy to understand, instead of just rushing through the job. The repair itself didn’t take too long, and my AC has been working much better since.

Pricing was fair compared to other quotes I looked into, though I do wish there was a bit more upfront clarity about possible additional costs before the service started.

Customer service was responsive when I called to schedule, and the process was pretty smooth overall.

I’d recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable and quick AC service. Just make sure to ask about pricing details ahead of time so there are no surprises.

If I would have a chance I would give them 100 stars. They were very responsive, did the job high quality, fast and didn’t ruing anything, because the task was hard to redo after someone who did poor job in already completed construction.

In August 2024 my A/C went out. Joey at Quick Quote had someone there within a couple hours. They had to replace the unit but couldn't get it for a few days. The guys went to the store and got (2) of those portable air conditioners to set up for us so we could be cool while we were waiting. Just the other day I thought I was having a hot flash, but the A/C had quit. I called and they had the same guy who installed it come out and check it out within (2) hours. Luckily it was an easy fix and just a clogged drain line (I live in a condo on bottom floor and share a drain line). We have a service plan so there was no charge for the visit. They are kind and courteous. Even were kind and said hi to my inquisitive kitties. I would 100% recommend Quick Quote!

Glynn was courteous and did a very good job on my A/C clean out. The entire team did a good job communicating and scheduling my service, I would highly recommend using quick quote heating and air. It was done in time for the holiday
