Everyone was very professional from the Arborist to the workers. I had 2 trees taken down and 1 trimmed. All the work was completely done in a very timely manner. I like having work done from local people. Price was very reasonable in my thoughts. Thank you for the great job.

We were very satisfied with the services that Tree Care by Robert Miller provided. The arborist and owner, Jovan, assessed the tree in question and the next day they were removing it. The staff/crew was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The tree was removed in approximately three hours which was their initial estimate. Obviously they have been doing this for some time to be spot on with the time estimate. Also I asked the crew to keep a few of the logs from the tree for firewood. They left me a very neat pile of wood where I asked them to put it. This company is great! I highly recommend Tree Care by Robert Miller for all your tree needs and services.

So glad we hired Tree Care by Robert Miller. It was an awesome experience from beginning to the end. Starting with Mitch, their estimator and lead sales person. He actually climbed into the wooded areas to mark the trees for removal. We were fortunate to have Jose's team. This wonderful man is a great communicator and team leader. His crew is the best!!! They were all friendly, prompt and courteous to us. They left our place looking better than when they arrived as the last tree service left a lot of debris behind. Our property looks so much better now. We'll be repeat customers for sure.

Tree Care was amazing! They came out the morning after I requested a quote. The crew came out in just a few days to remove the dead pine tree that had a direct hit of lightening. The crew was amazing with their expertise, precision and care in taking the decaying tree down. I truly appreciate the dedication to get this dead pine down quickly before it fell. The crew pays attention to your property. They attentive to not tearing up your grounds with equipment. And when they shut the key off truck when they arrive the boots hit the ground and get busy. Each has thier role to play and all work as a steady safe machine. Shows great management and team leads.

The crew Arrived as was scheduled and immediately went to work very efficiently. I am very happy with the job that was done and the cleanup. they trimmed my palm trees, my fruit trees, and my crêpe myrtles, as well as my shrubs.

From the initial phone call setting up the free quote to the final phone call to confirm the mailing address, Tree Care by Robert Miller handled everything professionally. The quote was performed by the arborist who called me to discuss what I wanted done while she walked the property. The work was done in our absence with special care given sprinklers and electrical lighting systems that were within 10 feet of the tree being taken down. Upon our arrival you would not even know anyone had been on the property except that the tree was missing and a perfectly level stump left in its place. A perfect job. Yesterday, we contacted Tree Care by Robert Miller, and they visited the following day to remove an Oak Tree that was too close to the house and grind down the truck. Patrick’s Crew performed an exceptional job and cleaned up the area before departing. The price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend contacting them if you require a tree removal service. Great company to work with. Communication was spot on from beginning to end. The owner, Jovana a well educated knowlegable arbortist, came out to our home and wrote a perscription to save our beloved shadetree, a camphor. Her "A-Team" lead by Jose did an outstanding job using state of the art equipment. When they left our yard was clean & neat without a rut anywhere. Would recommend using them to neighbors & family & friends.

Tree Care by Robert Miller did a fantastic job on my property for an economical price!!!!!!! They arrived approximately 8:30 in the morning and we're done before 10:30 a.m. they took down multiple trees and cleared the entire back up to the property lines. It was like they took a ray gun and zapped it all in a quick efficient time frame. Their intake specialist Kayla or Kaylee I apologize was fantastic. Mitch came out and did a wonderful economical quote and was very personable and polite. Dorothy took my payment using a wonderful payment method to send an invoice through email that showed paid on it immediately after payment. I was not able to meet my lawn care guys. I saw that they were here at 8:30 in the morning. While I was peeping out my window I saw gentleman working his name was Patrick. However, I did not meet the other four guys on the team because they were so fast I couldn't even get out of the shower, get dressed and go outside to meet them before they were done and gone. The amazing thing is that I agreed to the quote yesterday and all this was done in less than 24 hours from the time that I agreed to the quote. Maybe they use magical techniques. LOL like I said if you need things done quick, effectively, efficiently, economically, accurately, and with polite customer service this is the company to use!! I cannot begin to express what a phenomenal job these guys did in my backyard! I had a very old and large magnolia tree that I had a love hate relationship with and finally decided it needed to go. I called and asked for them to come do an estimate and Mitch came to our house on a Wednesday, we decided to go with that estimate, they called Thursday to schedule for that coming Monday morning. The whole process was seamless and very easy. The guys showed up right at 8am on Monday morning and had my tree down and whole fence line cleared by 11. They were very polite, courteous and professional. It was really neat to watch the process from my living room windows to see how they all worked as a team to get the job done quickly and efficiently. You all have a great team, from the start to finish. I am so happy I chose you all. Thank you so much!
