today Kennedy Electric came Out and ran new wires, change breakers. not an easy task for this 1950s bungalow on the water. There were a lot of obstacles that they overcome each one did a great job. I had two clogged toilets and was told by another plumbing company that I needed to tear up both bathrooms and replace the main line, which would have cost me over $11,000. He suggested I get a second opinion by having another company check the pipe with a camera, and he even arranged everything for me and showed up to make sure things went smoothly. We were really worried the water heater might fall through. I reached out to a local plumber for help, and Brayden came out the same day to check things out. I had a slow leak from my main water shut-off valve, which was located under my house in the crawlspace. Brayden and Tracy were able to replace the valve and move it into my laundry room, making it much easier to access. I also asked them to swap out all the old copper pipes for PEX. They finished the whole job in just a little over two days, and made sure I always had running water at night after work. i messaged rapid house plumbing on facebook this morning because i had a hosebib that was leaking. i sent over some pictures and asked if they could come out today. tracy was able to fit me in and arrived quickly. the whole job took less than an hour. very professional, friendly, and even great with pets. they replaced my hosebib and put in a new shut off valve. i’m really happy with how fast and easy everything was. my kids will be excited that the hose is working again! i'll definitely call them again next time i need a plumber.
