Coastal marine just recently installed my dock. Bob and the guys were great to work with. Very professional. They go above and beyond the typical builder. They care about the quality and longevity of the dock.

Bob and his team were fantastic to work with. The project took quite a bit longer than expected through no fault of Coastal Marine. The process of getting approved through Cape Coral is daunting and SLOW!! Once the team got here they stayed at it until completion. I recommend Coastal Marine Group to anyone.

Coastal rebuilt my dock this summer from the piles up, and also removed and added additional piles to accommodate a design change. Throughout the process they were responsive during the design iterations, and their crew displayed a high degree of skill and workmanship. When I pointed out 2 minor issues with the completed dock planks, one of which was the fault of my electrical sub, they quickly made minor repairs without question. It was a pleasure to work with Bob, Sam, and Daniele in the office, and the crew was friendly, conscientious, and treated the adjacent property and landscaping with care. Highly recommended.

I used Coastal Marine group for the construction of a new dock on a home in Cape Coral. The quality of their construction was, I believe, sound and it looks great. My rating is a function of my disappointment on two issues. I think they were misleading at the time of the sales presentation. I had never previously built a dock. I didn’t know that lighting would be such a significant additional cost. Ditto for the electrician to pull the electricity and the water lines to the dock. My initial quote was something like $62,000 but by the time it is completed, my cost will be about $80,000. The second issue was timing - it took about a month longer than they had intially estimated. Not a big deal for me because we are snowbirds but again, they were misleading. Bottom line - I do think the dock was constructed properly and will last. That is the most important thing but I am still “smarting” from the significantly higher cost.

We recently had a dock and hoist installed by Coastal Marine. The whole process went very smoothly. From the design phase to the final touches, the installation was great.

Our boat floated onto our deck/yard during Hurricane Helene . It continued to start to turn on side . Bob made a special trip to make sure it would be ok until barge came . They promptly moved it up a day to save our boat from more damage . Kristen in office also was amazing keeping me informed . Got our boat back on lift , tied down for us . Did a great job ! So lucky to have Coastal Marine Group for any further needs !!

Coastal Marine group did a fantastic job on my dock. They were polite, efficient, and were willing to work with me along the way as I had questions. They were flexible and able to do exactly what I wanted, not to mention the seams from the deck around pilings were perfectly cut. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had Costal Marine Group add nautical rope to my dock to add that perfect touch. Sam was super responsive and had it done right away. I will be using Costal Marine Group for all my dock needs. Great company and great employees.

Try as I might, I am unable to edit or update3 my previous review of Coastal Marine Group. My initial review of this company was positive with some shortcomings. Since that time, I have found them to be unbelievably responsive and they addressed each and every concern. They came out when I purchased my new boat and adjusted the bunks to fit the boat perfectly. They replaced a couple of the solar lights that were not working properly. I do believe the quality of the construction was outstanding and I am updating my review to a 5 star review.

I just bought a 2021 Blackfin 332 with twin 400s so I needed to get my boat lifts serviced and ready for a 14,000lbs boat. With just one call, Coastal Marine Group was on the job, completing and inspection and service our boat lifts. Once the boat arrived, I still heeded some adjustments to my boat life, and again with just one call, they were out to my home and had 3 of their technicians here to make the necessary adjustments as well address a few minor issues specific for my hull type..

It’s a breath of fresh air having such, professional and knowledgeable technicians out on my boat lift, making sure everything is just right for my boat.

I give my highest recommendation to anyone living on the water and needing any type of service or upgrading their water toys, lifts, dock. What ever. They will get to you fast and get the job done right the first time. Thank you guys again. Jeff
