As someone who is very particular and wanting things done a certain way, finding someone reliable and trustworthy to get the job done how I want is difficult. Upon shopping around for someone to do some exterior work on my family’s home, I decided to go with T&K. I cannot give enough praise and speak more highly of the company, specifically Claude, and how great their communication and overall work is. From the excellent exterior paint job, to the caulking and repaired stucco, to spraying our doors with a fine finish, I am beyond pleased with the work that was done. We will be using T&K for all of our remodel and restoration needs going forward and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of work being done on their home going forward.

Was given a business card for T&K by my neighbor just after the hurricane. We weren’t sure of who to call to get repairs going on the house. We figured on calling several contractors for estimates but it wasn’t necessary. Responsive, honest, and a reasonably priced estimate for demo and remodel, T&K was the right choice! Brian, Alec, Justine, Pedro, Patrick, Mark, Elie (I know we’re leaving someone out) and Peter the owner have been professional and very accommodating to any of our questions and requests. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they’ve done. They didn’t just repair a house, they gave us back our home.

T&K helped us rebuild from flooding due to hurricane Ian. After interviewing countless contractors we realized how difficult it was to find a contractor willing to communicate and be honest with us. We were lucky to find T&K. Nick and Sam were excellent communicators through the sales process, Kyle was very meticulous with our tile, Jerry and his paint crew were phenomenal and made our home look like new, Justin and Claude kept us updated through the process and swiftly addressed any issues that arose, Cody was very personable, and Kevin helped us immensely by creating spreadsheets for our ongoing insurance claim. When we began demo, we found that we were able to save a large portion of a stucco wall that we had originally quoted as a demo and rebuild in our project. Instead of demoing the wall to make extra money, T&K meticulously repaired the area, saved the wall, and saved us money which was quite a blessing in our rebuild. From my experience, it is nearly impossible to find any contractor with that kind of integrity.

Construction is an almost impossible endeavor with so many unknowns before a project begins. There will inevitably be mistakes and issues. The absolute most you can hope for is a contractor who will be honest with you, answer the phone, and be willing to tackle whatever comes up during the job.

T&K did that and we are truly thankful that we were able to work with them after the destruction of the storm. We wish we would have found them earlier.

Like so many people we had to have extensive repairs completed from Hurricane Ian. Based on google reviews I chose T&K. Their great reviews are well deserved! With T&K from day one we only experienced the absolute best customer service and quality repair work you could ever ask for. At all times they were polite, courteous, respectful, caring, helpful, attentive, honest professionals. And any time there was a slight concern, they were always quick to respond, and always made sure we were 100% satisfied with each of their efforts. We are planning some additional home remodel upgrades later on, and when we decide we are ready to do that, we will only contact T&K; and will not even consider using anyone else. Neither should you.

We recently hired T&K construction for a bathroom remodel. We needed a complete redo! We literally still had our cast iron tub. We now have a beautiful walk in shower with Marble , they even make a stunning bench for us that they suggested . We could not be happier! They were clean, always on the job, when promised. Communication was on point! Kept the area super organized. Will definitely use them for more upgrades very soon!

I used T& K Construction to do some repair work on my home in St James City. The work was done while we were not able to physically be there. Justin was wonderful to work with. He explained things thoroughly and he and the guys did quality work. They did what they said and in the agreed timeline at a fair cost. I had no worries about not being present.
