I did a concert on the roof, they did a great job, clean, punctual and efficient.

I would give them no stars if possible poor communication cannot contact them phone goes to some voice-mail with music they said they would show up always excuse for no show xant get in touch no returned phone call back very very poor run business amd when you do finally talk to them they can't speak English and act dumb I would not recommend them to my worst neighbor for nothing stay away

Anthony and his crew are top notch and I will use them for whatever project they say that they can do because I trust them implicitly after multiple projects that they have completed for me.
I first met Anthony on an emergency call out service for a roof repair. He came himself with a team member and was immediately on my roof he brought in two more guys and they repaired my roof in short order.
I was so impressed with Anthony and his work that I asked him what other projects he thought he could take on and we can mediately identified a deck project. Anthony and his crew remove all of the old worn out boards and replaced the decking with new trex boards, new trex banister, and all new soffits it was a beautiful job done incredibly timely.
Further I was on a really tight schedule and one of Anthony’s truck was actually blindsided by another driver and wrecked. Anthony went out of his way to borrow a truck and buy new tools that morning to be able to show up at my project, him and a team members. He is always on site he is doing everything it’s unbelievable is the best thing that you’ve ever wanted out of a small business and a small business owner. Use them!!

Anthony came out at 6pm Friday night determined what issues required attention then found the matching tile and had repairs completed first thing Saturday morning.

Excellent work, attention to details, come back and finish all work. Would highly recommend. Will use again for more projects.

Great experience working with Florida Home Contracting. They actually saved the day after starting with a roofing company who took a significant down payment and never even started this roof. FHC was fast honest and delivered on its commitments.

Florida Home Contracting are my Knights in Shining Armor. My roof was severely damaged by hurricane Ian. Unfortunately
I contacted with another contractor in October 2022 who then strung me along for 21 months, took money and to my horror I discovered their license had been revoked. I was frantic when I first reached out to Florida Home Contracting. I can not praise Ed Suarez and Keith Dougherty enough, they are great, personable and make sure that the job gets done. The project was completed in 3 weeks, they are the most professional company that I have ever used. I have other projects planned with them.

Ed and Keith with Florida Home Contracting were absolute lifesavers! They came in to help after a bad experience with a prior roofing company and saved us. Within 2 weeks we got a brand new roof of our choosing and they communicated with us daily. They are fair and trustworthy and I would recommend Florida Home Contracting to everyone.

Most companies flat out refused to come out and even look at my roof after the storm to assess any damage(roof was 3 months old at time of ian). When they came out I had already been up there and knew what was needed (35+ years of construction experience but needed a licensed roofer for insurance purposes) they were honest with their findings and repaired what needed to be repaired at a fair price. The repairs were done efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Florida Home contracting for their honesty, fairness, reliability and quality to anyone. And I am very particular who I recommend.

We needed our Lanai replaced. I contacted several contractors for estimates. Patrick from Sun Control responded quickly. After looking at estimates, we decided to go with Sun Control. They were not the lowest, but seemed to be the most knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the results. From the first day, Erik the project manager was very responsive to our needs. Every promise was kept. The project was completed on time and well done. The installers, Dwayne and Jake were professional and excelled at their jobs. They answered all of my questions. I Highly recommend this company. I have had them install all my windows, enclose my lanai and just recently replace some doors. Mike had Armando and Juan come out for our most recent installation and they did an excellent job. They had to add trim and they even painted it so you couldn't tell. They stayed until it was exactly right and then showed us a few things about the locks. I still have some work left to do and will be calling them again. Excellent job!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling Company. I recently called them in hopes that they could help me, or point me in the right direction, to address several different issues with my home. I was impressed when I received a call from Victor S., first thing the next morning and was at my home an hour later to evaluate my needs.
I found him to be very patient in listening to each of my needs and knowledgeable in answering the many questions that I had. Victor is also detailed oriented in looking at the whole scope of a project and insightful to other possible problems. While looking at my house he noticed that I did not have any gutters on the side of my house that has all of my electrical pool equipment and air conditioner. So, the rain has been running off of my roof and directly into my electric equipment. The cost of putting a gutter and downspouts along that area actually cost less than the money I have spent on repairs to that equipment over the last few years due to electrical water damage.

I was looking to replace the main door to my house and three windows. This project has been on hold for the past two years, because I was getting the run around from the name brand company salespeople who only wanted to tell you what you need to get instead of hearing what it is you are looking to get done within your budget.
I finally decided to search for a local company through HomeAdvisor. My first call was from a representative Victor Santiago JR. with Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling. Victor was very forthright and helpful, and we were able to set up an early appointment. At the appointment my wife and I felt very comfortable with Victor and felt absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision, unlike the other sales rep that I have dealt with in the past. We did, however, decide to move forward with the project and put down a deposit the same day.
I was told that it would take approximately six to eight weeks for the door and windows to be made and that I would be assigned a project manager to see the job through to completion.
I received a call from the project manager Randall a few days later who also came by to double check the measurements and look at the scope of the project.
The storm door and windows were made within the timeframe as promised and the installation satisfactorily done. We are pleased to say that we will use this company again in the future. The people that work there are first class. We will definitely be giving their contact information to my friends that need home remodeling service.

I hired Sun Control to replace all of the windows in my condo with hurricane windows and installed a storm door. They also replaced my lanai windows with doors and screens so I can use it year round with or without A/C!! They did a fantastic job! Randall was my project manager and was wonderful to work with! I have used Sun Control for several home improvement projects. I recently had contracted them to install a new front door and side garage door. They did a beautiful job! Randall, my project manager kept me informed during the entire project. Randall was very polite and professional and pleasure to work with. Also the installers were very polite and respectful of my property and did a great job installing my new doors.
