David and Mario did flooring work and installed a shower door for me. I was extremely happy with the entire process. The workmanship was excellent and everything was as promised. I need gutters on one side of my home so again I’m using them.

I had hired another construction company to do work on my home post Hurricane Ian. They only did half the work and left a mess. An example of that was leaving plaster in the pipe under the driveway. I found DM Construction Company and they completed the work that needed done in the timeframe that I had. They are skilled workers and worked hard to complete everything that I requested. Their supervisor came to the job several times to check on the progress and ask if I had any concerns. They cleared the work area daily and maintained a schedule. I had my first home built in 1990 in Pennsylvania and although materials have changed over the years, the quality of work done by DM Construction Company surpassed my previous experiences. They are reasonably priced and if you need work done on your home, call them. You will not be disappointed.

David and the company were great! They showed up when they said, finished the job quickly and the project looks complete! The guys were very neat and cleaned up every day before leaving. We ended up needing more done and they let us know before going ahead with anything. After seeing the final look at everything, we definitely will be using them for future projects here out! This company came in, completed the work with precision and expertise. They moved and covered everything like it should be, did drywall repairs and painted. They cleaned up and moved all the furniture back. They even reset my dining room table! There was no mess for us to clean up. There was a project manager on the project from start to finish. And the price could not be beat. After having dealt with our “contractors”, this was a pleasant experience. We needed our open deck converted to a Florida room. We called DM Construction. We met with David who listened to our needs and took it from there. Because of the Hurricane damage in this area we had a long wait for the permits to be issued. Once approved, the job moved forward and was completed in a timely manner. We did a bathroom remodel. Steve was very helpful with the design. Daniel and his crew were very professional working every day until the job was completed. We are very happy with the results.

After getting 4 or 5 quotes we selected DM Construction to demolish our old deck and build a new one from the ground up. We could not be more pleased with the deck. Dave the owner was quick to do estimates and communicate with us. His team is excellent, in particular, Tim is a stand out. Extremely courteous and always will to explain or answer questions when on site. We were so pleased we are already working on a Phase 2 project!

We recently decided to remodel our master bathroom. We got estimates from 2 other companies in addition to DM Construction Services. We found their estimate to be fair, reasonable and detailed. I hired DM construction to paint an exterior wall of our home a couple weeks ago. They did a great job and were able to schedule me quickly. Their prices were really fair too. We had some minor hurricane damage on other walls, which they fixed too, you can’t see any damage anymore. I recommend them if you need anything done at your house.

With sizeable repairs required to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom of our Cape Coral home, I contacted three local companies for estumates.
From the outset, I was impressed with David’s approach to assessing the job and the work required etc. The detailed estimate from DM gave me the confidence to choose them, which turned out to be a very good decision.
The work was carried out, on schedule as possible, but most importantly completed to a very high standard.
Martial’s work - drywall including application of texture and the wood trim is excellent. Mario supervised the work as if it was his personal property.
There is always apprehension when you need a fair amount of work done in your home, but with DM Construction there was none.
