Bryan and crew did our bathtub to stand-up shower conversion. They did a great job. Showed up on time, were professional and friendly. When the work was done, they always cleaned up any mess. I would recommend them for any job needed.

Bryan and his team did a fantastic job replacing windows, replacing crumbling stucco with hardie board. They finished the job by painting and cleaning up. The job was done in a timely manner, the cost estimate was spot on. I will definitely ask Bryan to do more work for us. Thank you so much.

We hired Bryan and staff to do a total remodel on the lower level, including a bump out in the master bath, removal of a wall in the kitchen, tile, new windows, new cabinets, extensive remodel and they just did an outstanding job. In fact, they did such a great job, we hired them again to do a remodel upstairs, to include creating 5 closets, tile, remodel bathroom. Again .they did a superior job and we would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Bryan and his crew replaced the tile floors in most of our home. The workmanship was great but more than that Bryan empathized with the hardship living in that mess was and they knocked the whole thing out in a week including the demo of the old tile, laying the new and replacing and painting baseboard along with a few other odds and ends. They will be back in a month to remodel our master bath and shower. We couldn't be happier.

Bryan from BKS installers was wonderful to do business with. Our bathroom has a wood framed exterior wall that had severe termite damage. Bryan’s crew rebuilt the exterior wall and remodeled the bathroom for us. Communication was easy. Pricing was as quoted with no surprises. His team was prompt and on time. Having collaborated with many contractors in home remodeling and renewal projects, I offer the greatest praise for BKS Installers LLC, owned by Bryan Sprague.
Our newly purchased house needed refreshing. In our case we wanted an improved kitchen, improved bathrooms, better storage, and an office space in the guest bedroom.
All tear-outs went smoothly and accordingly the minor electrical (new GFI outlets, fans, lighting fixtures), plumbing, and counter installations were effectively managed in all spaces. The final finishing of the walls (spackling, texture, and pain) met my expectations quite
well.
The workers arrived on time, maintained the space in an orderly way, and Bryan managed the projects well.

as I was walking around in a dazed state of mind, contemplating the extreme damage done to our neighborhood, a bigger problem came when I noticed our electric connection was badly damaged and bent. I am extremely thankful that Ryan and his team came together to make the repair this allowed me to be ready when the electric company restored service. I am extremely grateful for the kindness, the expertise and the prompt nature of his service backed up by the whole team. I recommend them profusely and I hear by express my gratitude for their aiding me in a serious time of need. I feel in them I am extremely fortunate .

Lazaro was very friendly and knowledgeable. He installed my Tesla wall charger with ease in the perfect location. He took time explaining the power load of my newly purchased home. I ended up adding a surge protector, and space for a future generator which was not even on my radar when I woke up this morning! I will definitely be using this company for all of my future electrical needs.

This would have been a 5 star review if he'd completed the services. He was to have installed a bathroom tap too but said it was Friday and he had 1 more call to make. He also dug out around plumbing line, which wasn't necessary and cost me more $. Otherwise, he's a great plumber. Very professional nice guy!

Leo was great, he crawled under the home, which was no easy task, he said he was a little closterfobic in tight spots, he did get it repaired, waited for the glue to set and then turned water back on and bingo all done.
