Very disappointed. I had carpet installed in my house a few weeks ago and at 1st I was very happy and it looked good although from the beginning I was concerned with the seams. I thought perhaps after I vacuum them they would look OK. That is not the case and I notice these horrible seems on a daily basis and receive comments from family and friends about the noticeable seams
The seams were placed In high traffic areas where they should not be, they are crooked, they are unven and they are very noticeable. I was very much looking forward to enjoying the look of new carpet and now every time I walk in an area where the seams are I am upset and disappointed
The installers arrived with a man that appeared to know what he was doing, his wife and their adult child. The 1st day of install they were in my home until almost 9:00 p.m. and the 2nd and final day they were rushed to go start a new job. I am sure these factors lead to the poor quality of the seams
I would like to add that the team was very careful with my furniture and did not damage anything and there is very little touch up paint needed
No one from tropic floors contacted me after the install was complete to see if I was happy with the project. When they installers finished I had to sign a form approving the job and I regret not taking the time to really look at the project and signing this form
In fairness I have not reached out to tropic floors as I feel strong they should have reached out to me to check on the work
I contemplated this project for quite some time and had very competitive bids from other companies as well and I regret using tropic floors. I believe the seams In the very near future as well as throughout the life of the carpet are going to cause me problems

Very professional service and installation. Mike made the selection process painless and helped us focus in on the best choice for our application. The installers worked hard and were true craftsmen. Couldn't be happier with the final product.

I was totally satisfied with my whole experience. There was no heavy sales pitch. I wanted the great deal from the newspaper ad and I got it! Excellent price, good carpets and quick service. The installers went beyond what I expected as far as helping to move furniture and cleaning up besides doing an excellent job.
