David and Tim are great people. They are nice, professional and understanding. Everything they say they are going to do they do it. They keep you informed through out the process and always answer your questions in a timely manner. The work they do is done correctly and they clean up when they leave. The invoices are precise and the prices are what was agreed to. No hidden costs or surprises. Just honest work done by honest guys. I highly recommend them if you need construction work done. You will not be disappointed.

We needed our open deck converted to a Florida room. We called DM Construction. We met with David who listened to our needs and took it from there. Because of the Hurricane damage in this area we had a long wait for the permits to be issued. Once approved, the job moved forward and was completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the workmanship in all areas of this project. David kept us updated throughout and followed up on all the licensed tradespersons who arrived on time and were respectful of our property. We did a bathroom remodel. Steve was very helpful with the design. Daniel and his crew were very professional working every day until the job was completed. We are very happy with the results.

After getting 4 or 5 quotes we selected DM Construction to demolish our old deck and build a new one from the ground up. We could not be more pleased with the deck. Dave the owner was quick to do estimates and communicate with us. His team is excellent, in particular, Tim is a stand out. Extremely courteous and always will to explain or answer questions when on site. We were so pleased we are already working on a Phase 2 project!

DM Construction did an excellent job at an affordable price and painted my entire home. Interior, exterior, ceilings, garage, and repaired quite a bit of soffit work after Hurricane Ian.

We recently decided to remodel our master bathroom. We got estimates from 2 other companies in addition to DM Construction Services. We found their estimate to be fair, reasonable and detailed. From the initial phone call and meeting with David to the finishing touches by Mario, we made a great decision. David and Mario both listened to our wishes, made suggestions and assisted with decisions throughout the process. Their teams were polite, respectful and thorough. We absolutely LOVE our new Bathroom and highly recommend you give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

I hired DM construction to paint an exterior wall of our home a couple weeks ago. They did a great job and were able to schedule me quickly. Their prices were really fair too. We had some minor hurricane damage on other walls, which they fixed too, you can’t see any damage anymore. I recommend them if you need anything done at your house.

With sizeable repairs required to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom of our Cape Coral home, I contacted three local companies for estumates.
From the outset, I was impressed with David’s approach to assessing the job and the work required etc. The detailed estimate from DM gave me the confidence to choose them, which turned out to be a very good decision.
The work was carried out, on schedule as possible, but most importantly completed to a very high standard.
Martial’s work - drywall including application of texture and the wood trim is excellent. Mario supervised the work as if it was his personal property.
There is always apprehension when you need a fair amount of work done in your home, but with DM Construction there was none.
I am very pleased with their work - they delivered what they promised. I recommend them highly.

DM Construction was fast, efficient and did quality work. My garage ceiling was starting to fall down. They quickly came and assessed the problem. I explained that I had to leave to go up north on Wednesday morning. They worked over the weekend, Monday and finished on Tuesday tearing down the ceiling, putting up new drywall etc and finished painting. I was very pleased with the outcome and am scheduling future work with them.

Excellent service! Unlike other contractors that don't come on time DM construction was awesome. I had a water leak in my kitchen so the drywall had to be replaced along with all the kitchen cabinets on the bottom. They did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

We had a great experience with DM Construction Services of SWFL. From the moment we met them during the walk through for them to give us an estimate, we knew we wanted them to remodel our condo. Their estimate was very detailed and accurate. They took care of all of the permits and scheduling for each step of the job.

Tim and Chris took care of the demo and framing. They answered my questions and gave great suggestions. They kept telling me "You are the boss. We work for you.". They always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of each day. David only hires top notch people to complete each step of the process. The plumbers, electricians, drywallers, painters, tile and flooring people were very polite and did a great job. I actually enjoyed the entire process.

Such a great group of contractors to work with. Daniel and his crew of carpenters and tile layers were very meticulous and detailed orientated, our guest bath has very odd angles. was very impressed with how they were able to get the corners so perfect. And Stephan and Cody were always available if I had concerns or questions. Would definitely recommend them if you want a great end to your project.
