This is the second time I have used Complete Carpet care. They are on time, message you when they are on their way, and are professional. I had a big job (8 area rugs) and I felt the cost was appropriate. They look great too!

The crew showed up on time, cleaned and sealed the grout in a large living room, kitchen, hallways, laundry room, and bathroom in under 3 hours. The grout looks as good as new. I highly recommend this company (before and after pics)

I do NOT recommend this carpet cleaning company. My go to is Stanley Steamer but because there was dog blood involved they declined. 1) this company rescheduled last minute because “the technician called in”. Things happen but you don’t get to assume I am going to reschedule and definitely could have used an apology. 2) they say we rescheduled the technician showed up two hours late with no call. When I called Tracy to ask where they were she said “ well obviously running late but how would I know that if he never called me”- I have no words for this response. 3) the technician finally arrives and spends 15 minutes on the mattresses. He sprays special detergent but immediately uses the machine and takes it right off. I knew the blood would likely not come out but the they look exactly the same. After all the aggravation there was barely any effort. Don’t bother with this company. I ALWAYS support small businesses, but this one is NOT worth supporting

Great job by Complete Carpet Care. They not only do carpets but hard floors as well. They cleaned and sealed the tile in my entire house. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, floor looks great. They even gave me an education on maintaining the good look.

I'm very pleased with the service and turn around time. Complete carpet care picked up seven (7) area rugs, which were definitely in need of cleaning with four (4) fur babies running around, and the rugs look NEW!!! Not only are the rugs clean, the colors are brilliant & bright again, and NO pet odors! I'm very pleased and highly recommend this company!

Great job cleaning tile whole house, but did not help 77 yr old to put back some of the furniture they moved. Asked if I had help told them No. Did get them to put heavy kitchen table back, but told other furniture would be easy to move back. Disappointed!

They did a fantastic job, there was printer ink on one of the rooms carpet it is GONE. The rooms had pet stains from cat throwing up. Everything was great!!!
