What a breathe of fresh air! Both literally and figuratively. Called with an A/C problem, and Service Pros quickly dispatched a tech to investigate. Showed up on time and got right to work identifying my problem. (Freon leak). Ugh! If you’ve ever had one, you know it is not easy to find let alone fix. My tech was persistent and was able to find the leak ultimately by listening and looking. Luckily for me, the unit was still under warranty, and better yet, Setvice Pros took care of dealing with the manufacturer (Rheem)for me. After receiving the part, they returned within one day and complete the repair. No delays , no up charges, no bullish!t, just good solid service. Will and do recommend Service Pros if you’re looking for a quality contractor that is a throwback to when service mattered. Kudos to the owner(manager)😉and the tech. Great job fellas.

They came and diagnosed my A/C for Select Home Warranty. The service tech was very nice and did a good job. Select Home Warranty is very very bad. They denied a bad evap coil because it leaked. If you're considering Select Home Warranty don't waste your money.

Always reliable,and trustworthy. They don’t upsell but fix any problem. Only when absolutely necessary do they suggest a new unit. Love service pro and would recommend them 100x over.

Service pro team was on time, professional, and customer service was great! Steve installed my minisplit and it is working well and the team address all questions promptly. I would highly recommend.

Awful, incompetent and not trustworthy, changed out blower motor (for $1100) and the A/C was not working within 12 hours, came out again drained the Freon and left nitrogen in compressor which ruined unit

We had such a bad experience. Our back bedroom still has water damage from the tech stepping on the drain line in the attic, and they only gave us $250 off because they said it’s not their fault that they stepped on the drain line and flooded our back bedroom causing major water damage. Do not use this company they do not take accountability for their actions. 4 months later we are still trying to save money to fix what they broke.
