We had R&R Sprinkler and Landscape coordinate a re-grading of our property.

After having houses built around us at a higher elevation due to more recent building codes, we were in a situation where water would drain off their properties and sit in our back yard. Mike at R&R came out right after being contacted and was very professional and informative about what the best solution would be.

We decided to go with R&R out of the 3 quotes we got, not based on them being the lowest cost, but on the confidence Mike instilled in us on the project, and we did not regret it. The water no longer sits in the back yard, but it flow nicely out to the swale.

We would highly recommend R&R Sprinkler and Landscape.

After numerous phone calls, somebody FINALLY told me it would take 5-9 days to service my sprinklers. I HAD been a customer for over 15 years. Not any more!!! Sprinkler companies in SW Florida are a dime a dozen. I took my business elsewhere and was very happy with the service and price of my NEW company Bye bye R&R

R&R installed our system 7 years ago and has done maintenance on it every year with no problem until this year. We had a sprinkler get damaged when I called I had to leave a message several times with no call back and than I did talk with someone they took my name and number and said they would call me. It was a week later when they called and another week till they came out. The nice tech said he saw the broken sprinkler would repair it and do a check on the rest. He came back and told me everything looked good and all the areas of the yard were being covered. I questioned him as we have several dry spots that would be dead if my husband wasn't hand watering. He said it was due to the drought to keep hand watering. My husband went around the yard that afternoon and found 5 sprinkler heads that were covered by the lawn. He dug them out and now all is good. I called to speak with a manager but had to leave a message and guess what no call back.

These guys are amazing! Had an issue with my sprinkler valves, Jeff got here within 20 minutes! He fixed the two leaking valves and was out of there in about an hour. Would definitely recommend!

I had used R & R before. I developed a problem in the system where the system continued to run even when turned off. I explained this and the woman who answered to phone told me they were 7 to 10 days out, and they would contact me. It never happened, and after two weeks I gave up and called another company, and they came the next day. Apparently my job wasn't big enough or important enough for R & R. I can't do business with people who promise things and don't follow up.

On January28, 2020 R & R installed a brand new irrigation system. On December 7, 2021 we had a burnt receptacle, burnt cord to the pump motor and burnt pump start relay. We were charged and paid $265.00 to correct these issues. The technician said we needed an electrician to replace the receptacle, they could not do that. When we had an electrician look at it they stated the issue was the motor is a 20 Amp motor. R&R changed to cord from that motor to 15 Amp to fit the receptacle that was existing. This was not legal and against Code; therefore the receptacle burnt up along with the cord and the relay and would continue to do so until the proper size circuit and cord was installed. I immediately called then emailed R&R (received a read receipt) explaining to them what the electrician said. I requested they put the cord back to the proper 20 Amp and refund our $265.00 and we would get an electrician to install the proper circuit. They have refused to answer my phone call and ignored my email.

R & R gave a quote me for work in April
2023 which I promptly accepted. Almost 4 months later, three follow-up emails and 5 telephone calls the work is not done. The response was always the same… “I am very sorry, we will be there next week.”

after having a fence company come in and replace my existing front fence noticed the lawn got really dry. ran test and sprinklers did nt work. called R&R they returned my call same day and a couple days later a person showed up to give me an estimate to fix. he was here about 3o seconds and called me over to show me the issue. wiring had been pulled loose in the box. he fixed in a couple minutes and he tested all 3 zones. first 2 worked great 3rd started and water bubbled up for underground. broken pipe. he dug up immediately and repaired and tested again all zones fixed and working. went to pay him and said no charge he was just there to do the estimate. they are my new go to for sprinklers and landscaping

From the phone call to schedule an appointment, Bob, who came out to evaluate the repairs needed to an existing system to the service technicians, including Carlo, who performed the repairs, top level and professional service. Excellent communication at all points of customer service, and I would definitely recommend that anyone who may need repairs or installation of a new system schedule with R&R Sprinkler.

We were scheduled for a technician to come to our house and check out our sprinkler system. Not only did they NOT show up, but no call or text. When I called the office to see where they were, I got a vm stating that they were overwhelmed by calls and they'd get back to you in the order they received the calls in...and it may not be today. So unprofessional. We arranged our day..taking off work to make sure we could speak with them and not even a courtesy call..
VERY DISAPPOINTED..

UPDATE : as of this morning...I received an email stating that a service technician would be at my residence by 10:30. A tech showed up at 9:30. Bob was his name. He spoke in depth with my husband and he figured out exactly what the issues were with our system. Bob should be commended on what a great employee he is and for his depth of knowledge.

Had an issue with my sprinkler system stopping due to a contractor accidentally cutting the wire.
R&R staff were very helpful, professional and prompt, lady that i spoke with was a god send, she mentioned that my builder might warranty the system because Im still within 1 year from date of purchase. Sure enough the builder did warranty it. Jason, R&R tech took care of the issue the same day. Thank you R&R for saving me money, and most of all thank you for your honesty. I hope this review brings to light how wonderful this company is and how much they care about their customers.

The job promised did not do the job. I had them come to give me an estimate to reach the area that wasn't getting any water and all the dry patches. They assured me what they would do would reach and fix those areas. Well it didn't. Then the owner sent one of their guys out again to put bubblers for my fruit trees as these were my main concern. Which was nice of him. But it still didn't fix the problem and I still have so many dry spots in my lawn that now, I have a new company looking at it. So it was a waste of money for me. The owner was nice to try to fix the problem that they didn't fix but the second time around was still a fail. I'm just taking it as a loss of money. But I would not recommend them.

Had a great experience with R & R. I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment and the tech was able to find and fix the issue right away. I thought the bill was very reasonable, too. Definitely my new "sprinkler guy."

I hired R&R to install a new sprinkler system and replace my sod. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. I get that I am not the only customer, so being patient really paid off. Our new system is top notch and the sod looks great. Mike really took the time to make sure we got what we wanted, with a few tweaks he recommended. Great work, boys! Thank you! We really appreciate you guys and the hard work you put in !

Had them tune up my sprinklers last year very fair price and my lawn has never looked better. Had another landscaper planting a hedge cut one of the pipes underground so I called R+R to repair it. Reasonable and fast. Love these guys.

Bobby was out today to clear a blockage in our sprinklers. He was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job. We’ve been using R and R for years and have been very pleased with them.

Excellent service I had Gage out this morning. He found the broken pipes repaired them He was professional. Gage showed me how to adjust the sprinkler heads if I need to adjust them down the road I highly recommend R&R sprinkler great company great service very professional. Renee M

Gage from R&R came out recently to repair our sprinkler system. He saw that the outside filter was on its last leg, and said he would do his best to schedule installing a replacement. To our surprise he showed up early the next morning and installed the new filter. We have used this company for a long time and appreciate a small business that provides terrific value and service. Highly recommend R&R!
