Cesar took his time and answered all questions asked. On time. Very personable.

Austin was pleasant to work with. He changed out several bulbs that were not working with new ones I had in my garage. After completing everything, he called me to let me know the system was working.

Jesse did a good job explaining what he did for our regular maintenance visit today. He was super even tho our pumps were off in the area when he first arrived and had to delay to later (and hotter) in the day.

Jesse is the best...so helpful and kind! Work done perfectly and quickly.

Austin and his assistant were very good and paid attention to detail. They were here for a service call for a leak and routine maintenance.
Austin explained benefits of upgrading my sprinkler system to the Hunter wireless system pointing out the system bypass was ineffective due to original installation location. Recommended replacement of some of the rotating sprinkler heads to improve efficiency. Completed upgrades and maintenance in a timely manner and walked us through the WiFi setup.
Would highly recommend Coastal for your irrigation needs.

Chris Barnes came out and did a phenomenal job. He completed all of the work I wanted done and handled the annual maintenance thoroughly and professionally. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, explained what he was doing, and left everything in excellent shape. The level of service really stood out compared to most experiences you get these days. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job properly. Coastal is fortunate to have someone like Chris representing them. Thanks Chris!

Appreciated David’s thoroughness inspecting our irrigation. Pointed out a few issues and was able to repair quickly. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Jesse Vickers did an amazing job. He worked through my problem, was determined to get it fixed right the first time. Great communication keeping me up to date with his progress, what needed to be replaced, no surprises when he handed me the bill. Jesse and Coastal exceeded my expectations.

Work performed on a timely and satisfactory manner by the technician; however difference in billing, caused by a miscommunication with the office was resolved adequately. I would recommend and use them in the future.

Brandon & Grant were very polite and took their time in checking the system and showed & told me if something needed repair. I felt bad because it was cold and very windy.

While Ryan did a good job adjusting coverage and clearing around the sprinklers, The sprinklers themselves and their surrounding protective collars were left a mess. In one case the collar was partly on top of the sprinkler.see photo. I had to go out and clear out almost all of the collar/ sprinter heads from debris( dirt, grass etc)

Coastal Irrigation & Plumbing was responsive and timely in dealing with our sprinkler problem, and Conner was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are very impressed.

Caesar did an excellent job clearing the overgrown grass so the sprinkler heads could pop up unobstructed. He noticed the billowing sand indicating an underground leak and repaired the leak eliminating extra connections that could potentially leak in the future. He adjusted the spray heads and discussed other watering options I will pursue in the near future. I was extremely pleased with his service.

He did a great job, made some good pointers on maintaining the system. Gave me a few pointers on routine maintenance. Would welcome him to my home again !!

Some way I was not aware that he was coming to my house on Tuesday the 17th. Because of the mix up I got billed for his time at my house while he was trying to call me. I was driving at that time and I do not talk and drive at the same time. We finally met and he did his work. I think that Costal Irrigation needs to be sure that they have contacted their customer to inform the customer that they are sending out a technician.
