Just got done with a plumbing visit from Jason at plumbing nerds. Very professional, upfront work and pricing. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC work.

I had never used Plumbing & Cooling Nerds and I was happy I chose to use them for my plumbing needs. Carlos was on time, professional, courteous and polite. He understood my problem, gave me three levels of solutions and provided same day service. Job done. This company is easy to do business with and has great communication protocols. I will definitely use them again if needed and I can sincerely recommend them to others.

George did a great job flushing my hot water heater. Wow, who knew so much sediment builds up in your hot water tank!

If you never had your tank flushed, I recommend you give them a call and ask for George!

I had to replace the heating element and I added a pressure valve, along with the direct connect power cord.

I’m now back up and running, with plenty of hot water!

George and Ryan did an excellent job. Accessed a major water leak. Pool guy was able to join and fully repair. Very informative and helpful. Trusting them to come back out and do maintenance on the water heater and other plumbing jobs. Great company and employees.

Sean came out on Monday gave me a thorough estimate which I accepted. Tuesday morning and he was here by 11:00 a.m. to remove the old water heater and install a new one. Exceptional customer service, professional, and cleaned up after completing the job. As a single lady, and fairly new in town I'm so glad I chose Plumbing Nerds!

I called Plumbing Nerds because our shower drain took 48 hours to drain and the name was funny. They had immediate openings and were adjustable when I realized I had double booked an appointment and would not be available during the morning slot. What was even more incredible is they arrived at the beginning of the time slot, not the end! They also send a text with a photograph of the person coming to your home with their name, a phone number, and other information about your appointment. Daniel was our plumber. He fixed the problem, gave maintenance advice, and was a good conversationalist. When he cleared our drain, he even CLEANED OUR SHOWER afterward! He seemed very knowledgeable about chemicals, pipes, his occupation, and even the Fort Myers area. He cleared our drain and for reference, the price of the cleaning and an additional product we purchased to maintain our drain was $418.

Andrew did a VERY thorough job and explained each step in the process! Very satisfied with my experience!!

George Santiago provided excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I knew how to access my water main and where my water meter was. He answered all my questions and provided me with detailed options for the work. He completed the work and made sure I understood everything he did and that I was happy with the results.
