I had never used Plumbing & Cooling Nerds and I was happy I chose to use them for my plumbing needs. Carlos was on time, professional, courteous and polite. He understood my problem, gave me three levels of solutions and provided same day service. Job done. This company is easy to do business with and has great communication protocols. George did a great job flushing my hot water heater. Wow, who knew so much sediment builds up in your hot water tank!
If you never had your tank flushed, I recommend you give them a call and ask for George!
I had to replace the heating element and I added a pressure valve, along with the direct connect power cord.
I’m now back up and running, with plenty of hot water!
