Remodeler reviews in Cape Coral, Florida

Big shout out to Justin, Kyle and the team for doing such a beautiful job on the full remodel of our bathroom. We love it!

As someone who is very particular and wanting things done a certain way, finding someone reliable and trustworthy to get the job done how I want is difficult. Upon shopping around for someone to do some exterior work on my family’s home, I decided to go with T&K. I cannot give enough praise and speak more highly of the company, specifically Claude, and how great their communication and overall work is. From the excellent exterior paint job, to the caulking and repaired stucco, to spraying our doors with a fine finish, I am beyond pleased with the work that was done. We will be using T&K for all of our remodel and restoration needs going forward and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of work being done on their home going forward.

T&K Construction and Remodeling was a great choice for my stucco and drywall needs. I’m glad I chose them. They made the process smooth from the beginning to end of the job. Very professional and made sure I was satisfied with both my drywall and stucco repairs. Would definitely seek them in the future for my construction needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with T&K. Their professionalism truly stood out throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, making the entire home remodeling experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service.

Was given a business card for T&K by my neighbor just after the hurricane. We weren’t sure of who to call to get repairs going on the house. We figured on calling several contractors for estimates but it wasn’t necessary. Responsive, honest, and a reasonably priced estimate for demo and remodel, T&K was the right choice! Brian, Alec, Justine, Pedro, Patrick, Mark, Elie (I know we’re leaving someone out) and Peter the owner have been professional and very accommodating to any of our questions and requests. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they’ve done. They didn’t just repair a house, they gave us back our home.
Thank you all for your hard work. We would recommend T&K to anyone needing the services they provide!

Absolute gem of a company from start to finish. Great communication, attention to detail and just a pleasure to work with on our home remodel. Looking forward to more projects with them…

We recently had T&K construction complete a stucco job for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Evan did an amazing job matching the texture of our existing stucco, showcasing his attention to detail and craftsmanship. He was quick, efficient, and the quality of his work was exceptional. We highly recommend Evan and T&K for any stucco projects and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

The recent bathroom remodel with T&K exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The attention to detail, high-quality craftsmanship, and the selection of materials showcased a level of professionalism that truly transformed the space. The communication with Claude and Justin throughout the project was seamless, making the entire process stress-free. I am thrilled with the outstanding results and would highly recommend this remodel service to anyone seeking top-notch quality and expertise. T&K construction is the real deal. Anyone seeking a transformation to their home contact this company.

T&K helped us rebuild from flooding due to hurricane Ian. After interviewing countless contractors we realized how difficult it was to find a contractor willing to communicate and be honest with us. We were lucky to find T&K. Nick and Sam were excellent communicators through the sales process, Kyle was very meticulous with our tile, Jerry and his paint crew were phenomenal and made our home look like new, Justin and Claude kept us updated through the process and swiftly addressed any issues that arose, Cody was very personable, and Kevin helped us immensely by creating spreadsheets for our ongoing insurance claim. When we began demo, we found that we were able to save a large portion of a stucco wall that we had originally quoted as a demo and rebuild in our project. Instead of demoing the wall to make extra money, T&K meticulously repaired the area, saved the wall, and saved us money which was quite a blessing in our rebuild. From my experience, it is nearly impossible to find any contractor with that kind of integrity.

Construction is an almost impossible endeavor with so many unknowns before a project begins. There will inevitably be mistakes and issues. The absolute most you can hope for is a contractor who will be honest with you, answer the phone, and be willing to tackle whatever comes up during the job.

T&K did that and we are truly thankful that we were able to work with them after the destruction of the storm. We wish we would have found them earlier.

Like so many people we had to have extensive repairs completed from Hurricane Ian. Based on google reviews I chose T&K. Their great reviews are well deserved! With T&K from day one we only experienced the absolute best customer service and quality repair work you could ever ask for. At all times they were polite, courteous, respectful, caring, helpful, attentive, honest professionals. And any time there was a slight concern, they were always quick to respond, and always made sure we were 100% satisfied with each of their efforts. We are planning some additional home remodel upgrades later on, and when we decide we are ready to do that, we will only contact T&K; and will not even consider using anyone else. Neither should you.

We recently hired T&K construction for a bathroom remodel. We needed a complete redo! We literally still had our cast iron tub. We now have a beautiful walk in shower with Marble , they even make a stunning bench for us that they suggested . We could not be happier! They were clean, always on the job, when promised. Communication was on point! Kept the area super organized. Will definitely use them for more upgrades very soon!

I found you on the Cape Coral Residents Facebook page and everyone had wonderful things to say so I called and I’m so glad I did. Thank you to everyone who kept in touch during this whole process and came back for all the little things. It is so greatly appreciated. Great job!

I used T& K Construction to do some repair work on my home in St James City. The work was done while we were not able to physically be there. Justin was wonderful to work with. He explained things thoroughly and he and the guys did quality work. They did what they said and in the agreed timeline at a fair cost. I had no worries about not being present. Would definitely recommend!

Go with this team! From quote to completion it has been great. The crew that tore down and built my decking and stairs (front and back on stilt home) paid such attention to detail. Beautiful work….next they will be painting my home. Will provide feedback afterward too! Highly recommend!

I hired workers from T&K to come to my house to install my exterior front doors. I found that they were very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional in the work they performed. They were able to answer any and all of my questions or concerns. The job was completed in a matter of hours while maintaining 5 star quality. I am extremely happy with the completed job. I highly recommend T&K construction.

In a time where it's very difficult to find a good contractor, I am pleased to recommend T&K Construction and Remodeling. Their quality work, responsiveness, and communication is exemplary!! They rebuilt all our walls, doors, trim as well as painting. Matched our textured walls beautifully.

T&K did an awesome job remodeling our bathroom. They were very easy to communicate with. They were very quick, and professional when it came to getting everything from supplies to permits also. The whole team was professional, kind, and courteous while on my property as well. Will definitely be using them again to redo my kitchen. Can't recommend them enough, thanks again guys for a great remodel experience!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin and his team at T&K construction for a high-end home construction project. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Justin’s professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality were evident. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship of the work exceeded my expectations. The team was punctual, communicative, and clean throughout the construction process. I highly recommend T&K Construction for anyone looking to bring their dream home to life with top-notch construction services!

While we tried to get repairs from IAN with one contractor for over a year. We then decided to work with T&K Construction and things became easier to get the information and status of the job and supplies. Once we signed with them and supplies got ordered everything was done in less than four month's. And the job was so well done. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone. Very easy to work with. Would use them again for sure.

We needed a door replacement, and T&K truly followed through with every aspect of it, from the initial design to the final cleanup. They were courteous, professional, and excellent the entire way through. The door install itself was quick and painless, and the followup for painting was an absolute dream. On both days of work, they left our house cleaner than they found it. We love our new doors, and recommend T&K Construction and Remodeling to anyone who is looking to have any sort of work done. Thanks to everyone on their team!

The T&K Construction team did a great job and made every step of the process easy. Alec, Justin and Kevin were very responsive and quickly answered questions or addressed concerns. Even friends and neighbors comment on the quality of the work and ask for the name of the company that did the job. Great job!
