Called on a Sunday night, and they called me back within an hour and came out on Monday morning to take care of the tree/stump removal

Paid for lawn care service. Was given the run around, didn’t receive the service I paid for as I paid for a month and he never came back and never refunded me. Do not recommend Bennie and his company. Total scam. Lack of response was unbelievable. Said he would give a refund then refused to do so. Then tried to bribe me to take this review down, and got upset when I said I wouldn’t until I received my refund.

Ben is great! We hired him for resodding our front yard. He is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He is also very respectful of us and our property plus Ben is just super friendly and easy to talk to. We hired him to resod our backyard, its still in the growing out stage but our front yard looks amazing!!!. We highly recommend Ben!

Our neighbors were having two large trees cut down so we asked if Bennie could give us a price for removing a small tree for us -- then we wanted more done -- a large tree in the front yard and four huge tall shrubs taken out -- he had no problem doing all of it and was very prompt in doing the work -- he also removed the stump and laid down sod. Very friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend Eco-Pros in Cape Coral!

This company came and trimmed our tree when we were not home, and left all the branches in our yard. We were out to dinner and he requested payment and asked to be paid that day because he needed to pay his rent (sent shortened text messages for sympathy). Told us he would be by the by Friday to pick up the debris and never showed. Then he blocked my number before I could even reach out to him again. He will take your money and run

Eco Pros is amazing! They have the best pricing in the Cape Coral area and tackled our large tree jobs quickly and with precision. They were careful maneuvering tractor around our property and cleaned up well. Will definitely hire them again for any landscaping/tree needs.

We had some avocado trees we wanted topped off and a bougainvillea tree we wanted thinned out. We called another company first and did not get a call back for several days. (I understand that they may be busy but a call back doesn’t require that much time to say, yes we got your call and here’s where we can fit you in ) Anyway, called Tim’s and were told someone would come by that same afternoon. Within the hour Rusty showed up and was able to explain that because of its size, thinning out the bougainvillea wouldn’t make any difference if we were doing it for the purpose of the wind not blowing it over. As for the avocado trees he gave us a less pricey option to take care of them. Yes, they didn’t actually perform a service but because of their promptness and honesty we saved money and would definitely call them first if we needed tree service again.

I cannot recommend them enough. We got 3 quotes to remove a cactus and Bismarck palm that fell during Hurricane Ian. They were the lowest quote by far. They were several weeks out, as all companies, but they were very transparent about it. The workers that came out were very kind and managed to remove the roots too, saving me money on stump grinding. Thanks!!

My house was the ugly forgotten house on the block. Tims Tree service came quickly, and professional. They removed everything i had asked for and all same day. They are responsive, honest and reliable. Cannot go wrong with this company!
