When your home, like many of ours, got hit by Hurricane Ian with storm surge, your life is turned upside down. It was comforting to know that a Company like H2O Dryout was empathetic, responsive, professional and On Time! If you ever need a great remediation company, call them.

We had them steam clean our carpets, clean and seal the grout in our tile floors. One of our carpets had pet stains that I could not believe they were able to completely get rid of. We were very pleased with the excellent work performed and highly recommend this company.

I had water damage coming from a second floor bathroom that flooded my entire condo. H2O Dryout came out first thing next business day and took care of my situation with great skill and expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

H2O Dry out was at my house with 2 trucks, 4 guys within 20 minutes of me calling. My wasting machine hose broke while at work, flooded the entire house. Mike helped me tremendously with the insurance company, that was trying to tell me things were not covered. A+ job, I HIGHLY recommend this company.

These guys hit it out of the ballpark for us! We had a leak under the sink from the dishwasher that caused a lot of damage and mold. They came in and mediated the immediate issues, and then held my hand through the entire process with insurance and contractors to rebuild 1/2 my kitchen. They always communicated with me and others in a very professional manner. made a very difficult situation SO MUCH easier to deal with. If I could give them a rating of 10, they would be getting it! I would leave H2O Dryout a 6 star review if I could. Just wish I would have called them sooner. If you have any mold related issues, you need to call H2O Dryout. They are very knowledgeable and fair. Even during a time when they are getting calls every other minute due to the high demand from the hurricane damage, they answered my call and came out as soon as they could.

Irma, Irma, Irma. Water, and more water. H2O Dryout Inc was a random selection on my part, and it worked out well. From Minneapolis, I could not assess damages myself, and no power for 2 weeks, compounded by a leaky condo roof delayed repairs. They promptly responded to assess water and mold, and made recommendations for restoration and repair. Oddly at the initial visit, efforts to dry out the carpet and pad were not in evidence, and when I arrived there was still obvious moisture under the carpet. I addressed that myself. Thereafter, things went quickly to dry everything out, treat for mold, and a very quick referral to get the carpet replaced, so renters could move in. I was on a very tight schedule for completion, and H20 went above and beyond to get things completed, especially considering how much demand there was for services after Irma. . I haven't seen the finished product, but my renters are delighted. Mike maintained close and timely communication via phone and email. A project well done. Wow! It’s so nice when companies like this are still in business. Fast response, fast appointment, great prices, and great staff. They answered all my questions and were very thorough in their clean up. The difference in my tile and grout is spectacular and I wish I had done it sooner!

Absolutely amazed at the fabulous and timely job done for us by Rohan and his company at H2O Dryout. We had a real mess over here - our entire pantry had to be removed. I have seen this company in action twice within five months, unfortunately.
This dry out company is phenomenal. I have a friend that had a flood in his house. The entire home was soaked a week before Christmas. Rohan and his technicians dried everything out a few days before Christmas. Then, unfortunately my house had a few rooms get wet this week. We had to call H2oDryout. Sucks when this happens to you. Once again these guys kicked butt and dried my house out in a few days. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had been living in mold over 4 months since hurricane Ian. It was awful, burning nostrils, headaches, and lots of sneezing. The smell was atrocious.
Rohan and his team were professional and successfully removed the mold from our house. So much better since they did their work. It smells clean and no more of these symptoms!

I honestly have so much to say about what they did for my family. I am a mother of 4 and after Hurricane Ian my 3 girls kept getting sick. For months I was in and out of the doctors office, ER visits with coughs I could no longer control. They had repeated upper respiratory infections, diagnosed with Asthma-just the whole nine yards.
