I’m so thankful that Mr. Gary Larsen is who services my air condition units and home electrical problems as needed. He always returns my calls and shows up at our agreed upon scheduled appointment time. In my working relationship with Mr. Larsen, I have observed that he is a disciplined young man and has proven himself faithful in serving my needs and I believe also the needs of his community at large. Very thankful to put my trust in him and his stocking trade.

Larsen Air delivers excellence. Veteran owned business with ethics and integrity. Service call technicians were extremely efficient. It was quick, direct and easy to navigate. I was able to get my unit serviced and back to cooling. Thank you for the excellence, proficiency and knowledge. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were professional from the moment I called to the time they fixed my AC. They showed up right when they said they would and kept me up to date during the repairs. It was clear to me that Mr. Larsen more than fair and extremely honest. I appreciate that Larsens is located in Carrabelle however they are VERY expensive. Probably will not call them for service again.

Very professional and knowledgeable company. We needed a Thermostat replaced and Gary had it installed in minutes! He said if we needed anymore services, he would be glad to help. Will definitely use them again!

Performed annual maintenance found and cleared a drain line issue and installed the drain switches as required now a days. Larson is my go to contractor for all HVAC needs

We were very pleased with our experience with Larsen’s heating and air. Mr Garry Larsen came out next day after calling due to low freon. Upon arrival he found that I had a bad leak. He jumped through many hoops and did all the leg work for all parts needed so I didn’t have to. He maintained clear and consistent communication which kept me updated and informed through the process. He was able to have me up and going just a couple days after ordering parts. 10 star!!!

Unit went out and it was 90 in the house. Seeing as Walmart is out of ALL ac units I imagined it would take forever to get someone over but Gary came right away and problem fixed in a matter of minutes. Very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. Definitely have his number copied in my phone for any future problems. Recommend 10/10

Good from the start. Garry answers the phone, schedules appointments with a time and date, and shows up! He checked my existing a/c situation, suggested a mini split system to solve my problems, and I totally agreed.
Installation was fast, professional and clean up was great, as expected. And Garry has a great crew working with him. There's no doubt I will get a prompt response from Garry for questions or other follow up.

These guys are the best!! We have used them several times. Each time we have been greatly satisfied. This time we needed a new unit on DOG ISLAND on the third floor. These guys made it happen. They even have a boat fixed to come over and do the work on the island. They are some of the most professional guys we have had the pleasure of dealing with in Franklin County. Gary installed a mini split for our Florida room with a ton of windows. Amazingly quite and cool! Gary was very responsive from the time I messaged him. Hardworking, honest, dependable and showed up when he said he would. We would highly recommend anyone needing a ductless system.

Larsen's HVAC does not let you go 24 hours before scheduling to look at your request or issue, even if it is at the end of the day or first thing next morning. Prompt service, and always fixes the problem with good communication along the way.

Gary and his team at Larsen's HVAC are professionals. I got prices from several contractors in the area, and one was lower than Gary but no one can touch the quality and responsiveness that Gary is able to provide. When actually breaking down the estimates I found that although Gary was higher, he was actually covering all of the parts needed unlike the other estimates and his price was very competitive if you take all the parts needed into consideration.
In my personal experience as an HVAC engineer, there is no match for what Larsen's HVAC is doing for this community. Gary designed and installed two separate systems for me and very professionally handled every little detail that came up.
The new systems are side by side with an older install by another contractor and there is no comparison, what Gary has installed will be durable, efficient, and easy to maintain. I have no doubt that what he has installed will run trouble free for many years.
