So I purchased a new Sharp undercounter microwave. It appears there are two sensors not working correctly. Sharp has been great with this. They found the repair company Ramb and they came out to my home approximately two weeks ago with no parts and said well it looks like sensors and I don't have any so we will send someone else. A week or so goes by I get a call we are sending a tech. out on Tuesday and your 3rd on the list. They call me on Tuesday stating the tech. is almost done and will text you when he is 10 minutes away. I immediately leave my office get home "waiting" never got a text so now its been over an hour. I called the Ramb office and the gentlemen put me on hold came back and said the tech. just informed him that he ran into a problem and will be leaving soon and should be at your home within 30 to 40 minutes since he is only 10 minutes from your home. So..... no now its been another 30 to 40 minutes no text form the tech no call from Ramb office. I call back and a very rude woman answers and she says let me check. She checked and came back on the phone and said nope he found a leak on what he was working on it will be another 40 plus minutes before he will be heading your way. I simply told her that would not work you need to reschedule for me I need to get to my office. She raised her voice and told me to call back when I am ready. She continued to raise her voice so I raised my and said.... Not happening I will report you and this unprofessional business on the web plus I will report to Sharp Manufacturing. I also viewed their reviews on Angi list they have this Ramb company at a 2.1 rating and not allowed on Angi list.. I would stay away from this company if you are looking to get a repair done.
