Have been a client for the past two years and I am really happy that I chose this contractor. Ben (owner) has been honest, responsive, fair and easy to work with. Justin (PM) has paid attention to detail and has been very thorough. I would absolutely recommend (and have) this company to anyone looking for dependable and professional work.

Ben, Paige, and their team were a dream to work with. I had some pretty big issues with my new home that were causing me angst and stress. Ben was quick to answer and show up. He and Paige gave me peace and reassurance in a stressful situation and immediately worked through a game plan with me. We had significant water damage from Hurricane Ian and we struggled to find a contractor that would take on our extensive damage. Ben and his team at Completely Transformed were the one group that accepted the job and brought our home back to a livable state, but left it better than it had been before Ian. Highly recommend this group. Their project manager, Jacob, became a great friend during this process and made a point to go out of his way constantly for us , whether it was being an awesome listener, being discerning on the repairs of their team, or just coming by to see what else we might need. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

If you’re thinking of hiring a contractor, look no further. We interviewed several contractors for a lounge and bathroom remodel. Ben is the owner, but I can confidently say this is the right team to hire. I cannot say enough good things. The subcontractors were professional, and polite. Ben’s project manager is one of the nicest people you would meet. They did an amazing job, and I could not be any happier. Completely Transformed always listened intently when I shared my vision with them. The end product has turned out better than I could've ever imagined. The team worked exceptionally well with its subcontractors and tradesmen. Delays were truly very rare.

Love it..

The workers they sent were horribly rude for no reason. Our appliance was also installed incorrectly to top it all off. The store service was great, but they need to figure out the employee situation. Absolutely do not recommend.

Thank you so much JOE (interior door installation). I work overseas but wanted to begin renovations on my fathers house in Casselberry. My father said, Joe was on time, he was very friendly and extremely skilled. My father called me to say, "The hallway used to look like a back alley, It now looks like main street"....lol...dad's sense of humor. I would like to thank Joe for his time, patience and his skill. My father told me, it took Joe over 6hrs to install the doors because the old doors and frames were in such disrepair, not to mention the age of the house and much custom work had to be done on the installation. Thank you again Joe, we will certainly be requesting you when it comes time to install the exterior doors (unless you hide from us...lol). AMAZING JOB!

Jay in the appliance department was super helpful. He followed up in person to make sure we knew when the delivery would arrive and then afterwards to confirm everything went well with the delivery. The delivery personnel were efficient and quickly got our new washer up and running.

Absolute awful experience. Got windows and doors installed 9 months ago and they put the wrong door in. Called about 15 times over the last 6 months and all I get is "Someone will contact you with 24-48 hours with a resolution". I wait a week with no response and do the same thing all over again. Go to Lowe's for in installation instead. Avoid at all costs.
