This is the first time I’ve used this company. Switch Phase Elec. came highly recommended from our Spectrum cable repairman. Not only were their prices fair and reasonable, but Lamar and Mike did an incredible job! They managed to complete a very difficult job that required considerable skill and ingenuity. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and were extremely professional. Importantly, at least to me, they spent extra time explaining to me what they were doing and why. I highly recommend this company!

I did not have the best experience but definitely not the worst. The electricians are very friendly and know what they are doing which gave me comfort. My only issue was with scheduling. I was told a timeframe and finished months later than what was told, but the price made up for the time, somewhat. Definitely one of the more reasonably priced electric companies though and, that phrase you get what you pay for doesn’t fit in my opinion because they did everything needed and I’m living in my house again after rebuilding from a house fire. I appreciate these guys!

Dishonest electricians, left a pieces of wire in the ceiling but didn't connect them

Appointment was set for thursday at 9:00am. Electrician dequan did not arrive until 9:18am. Left at 9:30am to get supplies from store that was no more than 5 minutes away from my house. Did not arrive till 11am. It would have been better for me to have gone instead of him. But because they get paid by the hour it's not surprising it took so long to get the supplies. He finished at 12:30pm. So ACTUAL WORK TIME was only 1 1/2 hours. One should not have to pay for time that the electrician is not performing work. Got charged for 2 1/2 hours. Just want to leave people an honest review and let them know that I got an irresponsible electrician. On top of that I asked him what is the warranty on the job that was done, he had no clue not even a response. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Would not RECOMMEND this company!!!!!!

We had them to change outlets, light fixtures, wires for recess lights and they did incorrectly and were failed city inspection three times. When we called and emailed them to ask them to fix it, there was NO responses. With no choices, we had to pay another company to fix their works and pay city fines for rescheduling inspections. They asked us to pay $250 for inspection fees and later asked ask to pay $100 again, and in fact the city permit fees are only $46. They have no responsibility and willingness to communicate and it has been a nightmare to work with Switch Phase Electrical so Stay away or wait for them to rib you off and never pass inspection on your electrical works!!!
