I had Michael come out from JD’s heating and a/c inc. he replaced a piece on my a/c without telling me what he was replacing and how much it would cost first. I was told it would take up to 24 hours for my house to cool down. On the second day I messaged him back that it was still 86 degrees in the house and the outside temperature was showing 80 degrees. He never answered me back.

I had someone else come out (I had to pay them too, just to diagnose the issue). Apparently, I need a whole new unit! The unit is around $600 but installation will be around $1000. Now that I have spent $400 on Michael’s company and $150 on the other for the diagnosis I can’t come up with another $1600 (and that is only an estimate so, it could be more). This company is just scamming people out of money and do not really do the proper repairs.

Then what piece he replaced was something that was only around $80 and might have taken 15 minutes to replace ( a couple screws and 3 connectors, from what the other person told me and showed me). Regardless, it didn’t fix it not even for one day!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My AC stopped working last night. I called this morning, they got me on this schedule today. Mike got my unit working in no time. Very prompt and efficient and friendly. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Annual maintenance and checkup. They installed the unit originally and have been out for service. Trust them highly for any work I may need done. They definitely earn my loyalty.

Worse experience ever. I knew I was in trouble when the A/C tech asked me if if I had a ladder?🤔🤔 I callled them for a routine maintenance. Change filter, clean drain line, check Freon ext. Tech went up to the attic and was up there 10 min. He came done and said he was done. I said I’m can I see the old filter. Oh I didn’t change it we don’t carry filters did you tell the office?🤔 Did you blow the line? No I did t bring my compressed air up there is too dangerous. So I asked him what did you do??? His answer… Do you see sweat coming down my face? I could not believe it!!!!! I asked him to remove himself from my property and his answer was you better not call us back then!! YOU THINK!!!

I can’t say enough about JD‘s heating and AC repair. We had two other companies come out to the property the first one brought the wrong part three different times. The second company tried to charge us 2000+ telling us all this work needed to be done. When we didn’t jump at it right then he never contacted me back. So I’m grateful that I ended up with JD’s They showed up when they said they would they fixed it within half an hour and it was just a small relay switch that only cost me a fraction of what the second company tried to Charge . Mike was the repair man. He was easy to understand and honest and reliable. I definitely recommend this company
