Had a late night flood from water line in kitchen. Pardo and Sons came out within the hr. Nathan was very professional and resolved the issue immediately. I contacted other plumbers who could not come for days out which you can't wait that long without water in your home. Appreciate the entire experience under a minor flooding crisis. No need to call any other plumbing service use Pardo & Son's! Had 3 other plumbers calling me back during the repair to late job is done!

Nate was great! Company sent me a text when he was on his way. He was on time, very professional, and very neat with his work. I could tell that it wasn't his first time replacing a water heater. The cost for the water heater and installation was pretty good too! Thank you Pardo and Son Plumbing for your excellent work!
