Our old AC unit was not working properly and iced up constantly, especially in the summers. Moe installed our brand new unit and thermostat. He was very kind, informative and dedicated to providing extraordinary service. When he says "Don't Sweat, Call Moe"...do so, We did.... And life is "Cool"...(pun intended)

I’ve had several AC emergencies in my properties this year. This company, and Moises in particular, has always being there to help, timely and with quality. We were in dire need of a new a/c as our air had gone out. Contacted Moe Air, and he came out the same day. He was very honest with us with the status of the old a/c unit. He was able to do a temporary fix so we could still have air conditioning until the new one could be installed. He got the new unit, as promised, at a good price. Very efficient at installation. You can tell he knows what he is doing. What we appreciate about Moe is that he treated us like family. He called each day to see if we still had cool air with the temporary fix. After the installation of the new unit, he called that evening to see if everything was ok. We highly recommend Moe Air!! And we will be sharing this information with friends and family!

This is a great company, honest dependable and professional. They installed new ductwork at my daughter’s home and found some wires that needed to be replaced. He sent me pictures of everything before and after. Also suggested to make the AC work more efficiently add a return in an oversized room. It really helped circulate the air. Also did an awesome job cleaning the coils and unit. We are happy to have found Moe!

He was honest in giving me the facts about the part I needed for my unit. He hunted the replacement part down came in and replaced it.

I was referred to Moe by one of his former coworkers who does plumbing services for me, which was great because getting a personal referral is always the best. I contacted Moe after I'd had a service call from a large HVAC, plumbing and electrical company whom I had a maintenance plan with. They told me I needed a part that would be very costly, but I had doubts about what they were saying as I'd previously purchased a UV light they suggested, which didn't do what they said it would. My God. Everybody deserves to have a Moses experience. I can’t even remember the last time I had a service repairman come in and not try to squeeze every dime out of me. Moses was quick, honest, extremely kind and knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I will never use another HVAC repairman again. It’s Moses or bust. I cannot recommend him enough. Please bypass whatever big business you’re thinking of calling and call MOE AIR instead!!!!

I wasn’t expecting such prompt, same day service nor did I expect such a great price. I had bought my AC unit from another AC company whose service was terrible. JD’s was recommended and I called. Mike came out to give me an estimate w/i hours off my call. He told me my AC’s motor was under warranty and he would order a new one which would be there in one day. The next day early in the morning he was there to put it in. I was shocked that it only cost me $218. I found my new AC company and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you JD!!

These guys are great !! We had a big air duct problem they resolved no problem. Very dependable and efficient professional work . Great attitude easy to work with. We will have them do our annual maintenance from this point on.

I called to set up an appointment for regular maintenance. They confirmed the appointment by text and were here in a few days. Also received a text when the technician was on his way. The whole system was checked out, the filter changed, and the drain line cleaned. Their prices are reasonable and we have trusted them for years. The service tech explained everything he did clearly and was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend them!
