They have always been honest and fair when helping us with our pool needs!

Have worked with Aqua before. This time was like each before. Good to work with, excellent communication with office and quality work. Thank you.

I want to thank Noah for the great work he did at replacing our pool pump. He is very informative and very helpful. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service. The owner is very friendly and the staff are professional. I had a previous pool service provider that was not as good and would leave bugs in the pool, etc. This company really takes care of you and, most importantly, your pool :)

We have been using Aqua Blue Pools since purchasing our home in 2012. They are prompt to answer service calls and very helpful in answering any questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pool service.

Noah came out and got our entire system set up in one day. He stayed after he was finished for an hour to explain and show us how the pool system works. Noah is great keep up the good work!

Noah was courteous and very thorough in checking my problem with the pool. He also gave me some suggestions to prevent the issue in the future. I am replacing the filter tank in the future and will definitely request his services, job well done!

What should have been a real quick light bulb change, turned into some electrical troubleshooting due to an old outlet. Thankfully Noah didn’t just throw in the towel, he took care of business and did exactly what we called him to do... Fix our light problem!!! I would highly recommend Noah /Aqua-Blue Pools! Thanks again Noah...great job!

Great experience 👍.. They did everything they said they would. They came out and replaced our heater, and pool lights. The person they sent was great with customer service and stayed until it was done. The next day he wrapped it up and had everything working perfectly. It's hard to find good help, so I hope they keep this one. We highly recommend this company and their services 👌 👏

We use them for our pool maintenance. They do a good job and are easy to work with. If there's any disagreement they are polite and accommodating rather than defensive and rude.... and that is greatly appreciated and rare these days.

Last year (2016) we replaced all components of our pool and spa equipment. Aqua Blue sent their technician, Noah, to complete the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system. This was a complicated install that included a new pump, filter, propane heater, led lighting, conversion to salt water, and Hayward Omnilogic automation. Noah did an excellent job with the install. One year later, we had an issue with the flow switch and Aqua Blue sent Noah several times to diagnose and fix the issue. As this was an intermittent and unusual issue, the multiple trips were definitely understandable. And, after Aqua Blue replaced and relocated the switch, everything was back to normal. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was very friendly and helpful and I would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking to do a simple or complicated repair/installation. Thanks to Darryl, Michaela, Lisa, Noah, and Aqua Blue for the excellent service!

Used them to install a new motor for my pool pump and replace some seals. Noah was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had the work done in the time it took me to pick up breakfast from a nearby gas station. The front office (or whoever picks up the phone) was extremely friendly and the communication and responsiveness was top notch. Will use again for other pool related work!

Mindy is Amazing! I have been with Aqua Blue Pools for several years now. I cannot think of a company, through Mindy, with better customer service, attentivness, and professionalism. A huge thank you and I will definitely be recomending you to others.

This is going to be long.
I called this company based on a referral from a local pool supply who has them install pool heaters. The conversations were great with the front of the house people and I scheduled them to come out and install gas piping to a natural gas heater as I planned on doing the plumbing and electrical myself. They also install plumbing and electrical and the front office mentioned they can do that for a small additional charge which was acceptable, and meant I didn't have to do it, so we added that as well.
When the installer showed up, he hooked up the plumbing and electrical but mentioned that they didn't install gas lines, they only connected them to existing lines. Having spoken with the front of the office folks at least four times during scheduling, when I was simultaneously purchasing the heater, I knew for a fact that they knew there were aware no heater was currently installed, let alone that no piping existed.
At this point, I now have an installed heater, in a location that was a good bit farther from the gas riser, but no gas hooked up, and I have a bill for almost $400. I called the office and spoke with the manager who appreciated the frustration that I would now be paying two bills; one for work I didn't need had I known they didn't install gas lines, and another bill for a gas plumber which was almost $1,800 to dig a trench to where the heater was installed as it was so far away from the riser. The office manager offered to have the tech come back out and move the heater to the original place I wanted it, near the gas riser, for a lower price than the invoice, which I was fine paying, because work was done and I felt they should be compensated, regardless of the circumstances.
Fast forward to the work being completed, and it's good work I might add, and I call the front office to pay. The front office personnel, after speaking to the owner, say the bill is higher than what the office manager quoted me.
When a company makes a mistake and then finds a solution, the company shouldn't backtrack on that agreement, which is exactly what they did. The office manager did what he should have done, which is try to make the bad situation right, and I was happy with the outcome. Now, I'm back in the original place I was the first day, and thoroughly upset.
I paid the higher price to be done with the situation however I wouldn't do business with them again. The installer does good work, and for that, I gave them three stars, however backtracking on an agreement your office manager made with a customer who was already unsatisfied because you didn't do the job you were hired to do, is completely unacceptable. -
Aqua Blue started servicing our pool three years ago as the service company used by the pool builder. We’ve generally been happy with their service. Some of their technicians were sloppy and one technician treated our salt pool as if it was a chlorine pool and really screwed up the chemical balance. But every time we had an issue they changed us back to our old tech. Today we found out from a cold call from another company that Aqua Blue was terminating our service because we were no longer in their service area. I kinda get it, but it’s like being dumped by a text from your girlfriend’s sister. It’s just not very professional. We were loyal customers even though we’ve had good reason to change companies due to past bad acts. To be treated this way is horrible customer service. If you are considering them, beware that their service can be spotty and they are not loyal to their long term customers.

Do not use this company, their price jumped to $140 the owner was servicing my pool, it was turning green, so I watched on my house cameras to see if they were doing the job, most of the time they were no show, and still charging me, and when I watched the person that was servicing my pool it was the owner, he was on the phone, never cleaned the filter, never checked the PH levels. I called Mindy who was great, I got a credit, and because I addressed the issues. They felt it best they not service my pool, even though I indicated that if they dont do the job, I will find someone else. Now I do the pool myself, I order the product on line, and pinch a penny measure the PH for free. This has to be the worst company.

I had this pool service for over 3 years. Joey our tech was great. Did have car problems and several times had to skip a ffew times. Why I am giving Aqua Blue Pools a 1 star is: I prepaid a year in advance to get the discount. We ended up selling our house and moving out of the area. Owner promised to refund the balance. After months and months of still not getting payment and endless calls, still no refund. He has basically stolen money from me and my family. I have filed a small claims case and he did not show to the court date, so Yay for me, I win the judgement. Now I will proceed to collecting. I am not going away until I get my refund. This very small business is not trustworthy and so very disappointing. I would not trust them with my pool or business again. Do the right thing and refund my money. It is the honest thing to do.

Had to file complaint with Department Business Professional Regulation, involve Seminole County Code Compliance and hire another contractor to fix and finish work. Now filing suit, Enough said.

My sons are subcontractors for this company and have been waiting to get paid since Dec. homeowners beware of this company because you might find a mechanics lien on your property for the workers not being paid
