Aqua Blue Pools

Do not use this company, their price jumped to $140 the owner was servicing my pool, it was turning green, so I watched on my house cameras to see if they were doing the job, most of the time they were no show, and still charging me, and when I watched the person that was servicing my pool it was the owner, he was on the phone, never cleaned the filter, never checked the PH levels. I called Mindy who was great, I got a credit, and because I addressed the issues. They felt it best they not service my pool, even though I indicated that if they dont do the job, I will find someone else. Now I do the pool myself, I order the product on line, and pinch a penny measure the PH for free. This has to be the worst company.

I had this pool service for over 3 years. Joey our tech was great. Did have car problems and several times had to skip a ffew times. Why I am giving Aqua Blue Pools a 1 star is: I prepaid a year in advance to get the discount. We ended up selling our house and moving out of the area. Owner promised to refund the balance. After months and months of still not getting payment and endless calls, still no refund. He has basically stolen money from me and my family. I have filed a small claims case and he did not show to the court date, so Yay for me, I win the judgement. Now I will proceed to collecting. I am not going away until I get my refund. This very small business is not trustworthy and so very disappointing. I would not trust them with my pool or business again. Do the right thing and refund my money. It is the honest thing to do.

I used then for four years. Never had a problem. Highly recommend.
