Went to them with ideas and they put it all together in the design work. Swim up bar, hot tub, putting green, outdoor kitchen with structure, wood burning fire pit and all the details to go with it. You get what you pay for when it comes to home construction and they deliver it all. They also stand behind their work although we had a few issues they worked through them and made everything right. We have had several unpleasant experiences with home construction companies and we always end up having to run the job in order to get them right but not with Pratt Guys they are all over it and deliver a great result.

We could not be more pleased with how our project turned out. The primary reason we choose Pratt Guy was they were the only company that solved the mystery of meeting all of our wants in a unique U shaped patio sandwiched in between 3 roof peaks. The result was covered V Roof over pavers with a fire pit and back porch swing. The project finished on time, on budget, and it was clear every team member was aimed at making sure we were completely satisfied. The end result looks amazing, which we attribute to the time Pratt Guys spent with us during the design phase.

Pool and kitchen and swing in the backyard. I just remember the past from the gentleman who said he regretted not using Pratt Guys. So far, I’m so happy I went with them! I can’t imagine if you did not engage a company who took care of everything. So far, as an OCD person, I have not been worried. Pratt Guys are amazing and surpass all others. You’re in amazing hands with them! Absolutely no regrets.
